Tables with chairs on top at 8:00. Disgusting kitchen and coke machine. No ice. Credit card machine is broken. Bad attitudes abound. Heard the girl making my sandwich complain that “I thought we wasn’t gonna take no more dine ins.” Where is the manager of this place???

I was a bit disappointed in my favorite sandwich (New York Steamer) on my last visit on 8/2/23. I got my order to go and when I arrived home, (only a 2 minute drive) parts of the sandwich was extremely cold. This location was extremely busy with a wait time of over 10 minutes. Yes, it was around lunchtime, so that’s to be expected. The staff were very nice, yet extremely busy. I noticed that a couple of staff seemed to be “new on the job,” and were asking other workers how to make certain sandwiches. So, that’s understandable. I will definitely return and hope for a better experience next time.

We went and got subs here had the steak and cheese. Had two daps of cheese on the sub and then minimal amount of meat which was cold and dry. Also asked no onions had onions on it. No one I was with was satisfied. Wish I had taken a picture. Had two bites.
