Let’s see… you have to “create an account” to order online, but the app wouldn’t let me create an account because it says my email already exists. When I try to sign in, it says the email doesn’t exist… when I try calling the restaurant on the phone to place the order no one picks up the phone.

I ordered my subs online. I paid for my subs. Came to pick them up at 8:45pm because my pickup time stated 8:40pm. I got there and the door was locked. They looked at me like I was stupid. After 2 minutes, they opened the door. I stated I had a pickup order. The woman at the register (lacks good customer service) said that all orders after 8:30 automatically go to the next day. That’s not the confirmation I got but ok well it’s not 9pm (closing time) so can you make my subs now? Nope. We’re behind and closing down for the night. I love firehouse but I will never come back to this location.

If I could i would rate this restaurant (if you’d call it a restaurant) a 0! No one answers the phone and apparently they don’t have managers there. They are unable to read therefore orders are consistently incorrect. They will not correct their mistakes and refuse to refund incorrect orders. Even when explaining one of the customers had an allergy. Worst place i have ever attempted to eat at! Stay away from this Firehouse!

My wife and I came in at 8:30 pm ( sign on door says close at 9)the other night. Employees gave an angry glare went and turned the lights off. Ignored us for five minutes after attempting an order they placed it wrong. I asked for a refund before I got my order and they charged my account twice and refunded once. After trying to refuse a refund or to give me a managers number. We won’t be back

Our experience might have been specific to that day. There were 3 associates on staff when we stopped by. However, only 2 were working and they never worked at the same time. Our visit should have been much shorter. Food was good. We will not revisit unless we have some time on our hands.

I generally love firehouse but this location came up short for my first and probably last visit. Upon arriving me and my girlfriend waited 5-10 minutes at the counter as the only customers while the cashier was on the phone taking another order. When we ordered I noticed they charged my girlfriends sub as a combo in error. We were give a free “mini” sub to remedy this. In hindsight should have just asked for a refund.
