I like Firehouse subs. But I have a complaint. If you ask for extra toppings you won’t get it. For example, if I ask for extra onions, I still get the minimum amount. Often they don’t add the side pickle even when you specifically remind them.

Well very disappointed because ordered chilli with cheese paid an extra 50 cents and then no cheese. Ordered subs with extra mayo and here’s my EXTRA mayo that I had to pay for EXTRA for as well. The problem isn’t that we had to pay extra for it the problem is on the order receipt everything’s correct which means whomever cooked this order DIDNT READ ANYTHING!!
