Ordered sandwich thru Doordash. Showed up wrong and also showed up really late and I understand that late is not firehouse subs fault. But the sandwich “come on man” I order the same sandwich from this restaurant a few times a week. It was like the sub had been in the refrigerator for a couple days. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it, today was completely unacceptable. Tried calling shop but kept being put on hold and then disconnecting me.

If you want firehouse drive to cool springs. It’ll be faster to drive there and back. You have 30 minutes to burn? come here. 3 of last 4 visits took 30min+ for subs. Ill accept a bad day but this is clearly normal here. Not super busy either. 3 employees and a manager/owner and it’s 4 minutes per sandwich. Not from when you order. That’s the total output of this location.

Nice clean establishment in a shopping center. Courteous staff, lots of options and clean restrooms. Plenty of seating and walking distance to hotels. Highway only 1 minute away, easy and convenient. Be sure to try the turkey ranch sub!

In true Brentwood fashion, no one was in any type of hurry. We got there and it was empty. Ordered 4 sandwhiches and it took over 30 minutes to make. There was 1 taking orders and 3 making them. My daughters meatball sub was missing cheese and just needed to have it added and put thru the warmer. That took 10 more minutes and I had to ask for it to be taken off the rack and given to me.. I’ll stick with my spring hill place.

This location is the best! Came in 1 minute before closing (still feeling AWFUL about that) and Lo and Joe took such good care of me. Lo had to take care of an elderly couple ahead of me and even though it was after closing she was just so nice to them.
