We have had both dine in and take out several times. I always forget to ask the guy with gauges his name. But he never fails to give great customer service. We have only ever had minor issues and they were always willing to fix right away.

Ordered my food online in hopes it would be started on while I was en route. Got there and watched three dine in customers order and receive food before I went up and asked if I was supposed to just wait or if I needed to notify them that I had arrived. I was told that my pick up time wasnt for another few minutes so my order would be next. So much for “rapid rescue.” Order was on time but was prepared incorrectly also. Great product quality but service is lacking. Also the signage for this store is tiny. Passed it twice.

I love Firehouse Subs and this location saves me having to drive to Commerce. They are new and I get it. They have 4 people making subs plus a cashier and a manager. In my opinion, their wait is very long. Longer than I am used to. They don’t answer their phone and don’t accept online orders anytime I have attempted to preorder. The staff was really nice, but a solution is needed to get to that next level of serving a timely sub. 09/11/2022 – Update, not much has changed. Their wait times are still excessive, they were also out of brisket for the sandwich I enjoyed. I settled for an Italian. From what I could tell, in the evenings online ordering is more miss than hit. It’s a shame. I used to eat firehouse every week, but now it is maybe 1-2 times a month. And yes, I drive to Commerce for much faster service.

Came here for the first time not a very promising time waited for over 20 minutes for food, but the worst part was there was a kid behind the counter who looked less than required working age, hair everywhere, not in any uniform which suggest she shouldn’t even be here seen her laying on the counter numerous times, steadily touch her face and hair then touch the computer and counter I know there are cameras and given this is a new facility and new business I know if I were the owner I would be constantly checking my business. Numerous people came in before us and I was told they had been waiting for quite a time.
