Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from here. I can surely say that it was my first and last time ordering from here. I can not believe how soggy my subs were not to mention the pickle was just nasty. Do the staff wash their hands? Of all the dining choices to eat in goldsboro you would think that every eatery will stay on point with tasty food and good customer service.

We had a wonderful experience at Firehouse Subs today. We had not been in a very long time due to a bad experience with food and staff. We love their subs so we gave them another chance. New managers and the store looked great and clean. Staff was focused on service and making great subs. So pleased they are back at being great.
