Delicious food and friendly service. There was a line of customers waiting to order and others waiting to pick up their food. They seemed a bit understaffed, and we did have a bit of extra wait time, but the food came out hot and fresh in under 15 minutes. I had the Hook and Ladder combo and it was very flavorful. I am glad we visited this restaurant today. It seems to be popular with the locals.

I love FH subs! This location took a long time to prep our subs but they also had tons of pick-up orders coming in so I think they are just short staffed for rush. They sandwiches were delicious. They have a free-style soda machine and the FH Cherry Limeade (sparkling and non) are great. It’s hard to find FH sub locations so I’m glad this one is here.

First off to start off I think the mission they have to help the community and the fore department is just an amazing staple of business giving back. Now to my experience at this location. I think that the food priced the way it is the quality should be number one. As you can see the sandwich sub i got was the Large Smokehouse Brisket, this sandwich was one that I had big hopes for. The brisket was ok and I’m saying that because the flavor was not there and the smoke was in it. The chili was another story as seen in the picture, why would that bowl be half full? Why would they scrape the last bit out of the bag and only give you the small amount for the large price? Theses are the questions that ran through my mind when my father got all the way home to find that the picture was what he got. I believe that this place is still an excellent place to go but confirm your food is right before you leave. I hope this helps.

The taste was cool, the sandwich you actually taste the meat without getting extra. I ordered online but still had to wait for a bit. The cost could be better. Facility appearance was clean inside. Pictured is a Large Club. Daughter had Potato soup she said she liked it.

Second door dash order, Medium Italian Sub, it had no Italian dressing, ordered and charged for a brownie and received a cookie. Once, okay but not twice. I call the store to let them know, no one answered the phone.

The food is great but the service is SLOW! If there isn’t enough staffing to handle online and in person orders, maybe online orders shouldn’t be allowed. It’s ridiculous when you go into this location and you have to wait 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches.

All right guys, here we go, I stopped in as I like Firehouse subs. I normally give a place 3 tries before I would say anything negative about the food or services. On this evening a few of us stopped for a quick little bite and I just had to show what they call a side salad!! And what they charge for it. I have been to this particular location several times and I been hoping for an improvement in the sides offered. The chicken and dumplings are just mostly plain watered-down soup, the mac and cheese are absolutely tasteless. This side salad is a laughing joke! I could go on and on about the deserts etc. Now the Subs are really tasty and nicely sized and the bread is always fresh which is why I go there. In today’s climate with a lot of people trying to support a business and they put out a product like this on a consistent basis, this location should be ashamed of themselves. I’m a firehouse subs fan, I and my many followers will NOT go here again.

I can’t really even give any stars. My family and I went in last night (Thursday) around 7pm. All the chairs were on the tables. We asked the lady behind the counter if they were open and she said yes. We asked the lady in the lady in the dining room if we could use a table to sit and eat. Her response was “Do you really have to?” Needless to say, we left and went to Jersey Mikes down the road!
