My Celiac son and our family came to this location during a tournament turn right on South Highland Springs. Between our games we came to get lunch two days in a row. I’ve been a fan of firehouse since I first tried a few years ago and I usually get the smokehouse brisket. The large brisket sandwich I ordered from this location was mostly inedible due to large chunks of gristle running throughout the meat and corporate has not responded to my inquiry. It was a $16 sandwich and couldn’t eat more than half. Unfortunately I don’t live near this location or I would have went back.

Eaten here at least a dozen times over the last year and every time is great. The staff here are fantastic! The few times that my order was made incorrectly, they immediately fixed it and made certain I was comp’ed for for my trouble. Everything here is clean and it’s a great spot to enjoy your food.

I would give 5 stars but my only concern was when I came to get some food with my husband and the 2 ladies working didn’t seem to be feeling well they were coughing and such so I didn’t feel comfortable eating here so we decided to leave sorry guys. Hope it will get better

My girl & I came for our first experience and it was very disappointing. Both of our subs were missing bacon, mine had onions, which I asked for none, and my girl’s had a pickle added whem she asked for none. The subs were not bad, but the overall professionalism & cleanliness is lacking
