I had never been to this firehouse subs on Baytree before. They must have been training new staff because our subs were made incorrectly . It took over 15 minutes to get our food and even then it wasn’t made The way we ordered it . But since I have been over to the other firehouse on Ashley I know That the food can be made correctly in a short amount of time.

Really good quality food at Firehouse Subs. The people working there were very friendly. I just love the soup I don’t know why but I love that soup loaded potato soup so I buy a couple of them every time I stop by a firehouse. I wish they had a drive-thru I’d be there everyday.

I went to firehouse subs, as I had not been there in about two years and was very excited to get my usual order that I used to get! It was the steamer and I would always add 2 ounces of ham. I have to say I was very disappointed, as the quality Of the meat on the steamer has certainly went downhill! The ham was still good, but both the corn beef and pastrami were extremely tough! Either they have changed their product to one of lesser quality as far as the brand of meat goes, or I just caught them on a bad day. Don’t think I’ll be ordering the sandwich again!

People had an attitude, the place was filthy, I tried to call ahead and they put my on hold but I could still hear them playing around in the background and one of them called me stupid. I was literally just waiting there. Worst experience at a sub place and will not be going back.
