Ordered the Hook and Ladder to go. The sandwich consisted mostly of mayonnaise and bread. It had NO cheese, one piece of turkey and MAYBE two pieces of ham. It was a big disappointment after driving 30 miles home to eat it!! It certainly was not worth $10, nor was it up to Firehouse Subs standards. DO BETTER!!!

Store was clean, service was good. Sandwiches ware on the skimpy side. Overheard someone behind the counter advising to “put less, go under not over”… our families sandwiches were decent but that’s it, we love firehouse and have definitely been to better ones.

Ordered food. While the place was super hot inside I watched 6 employees standing around while one made my whole order. I get home and they didn’t put items in. So not happy that I spent almost 5$ for some Mac n cheese that I didn’t receive. Now I have a very sad kid who doesn’t get what they wanted for dinner. Restaurant was also filthy. Maybe the employees standing around could have helped or been cleaning the nasty place. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great subs here. Was walking to Target and saw this place and decided to try it. Was pleasantly surprised on the quality of food. It’s a little bit more expensive than I’d normally pay, but the portions are generous and the sandwiches taste great. The staff are friendly here and quick to make your sandwich. The one drawback, I think only at this location, is that there didn’t seem to be an A/C or at the least it was kept at a high temp. Other than that, great experience.

Having kids working a restaurant with no elder management seems to be counter productive. 7 people working in here and one person making subs for 3 different orders. The rest are cackling and cutting g up in the back and being loud. Long wait times because of this. Food was good but that’s about it. Won’t be coming back yo this firehouse

Slow! Even when there is hardly any customers, they take forever. It’s often difficult to find a place to sit if you want to dine in. Most of the tables are occupied by people waiting for their carry out orders. Pricey as well.

UPDATE: My favorite hot sub place just lost another star in my book. They recently updated their app. It was a horrible rollout involving weeks of the app being unavailable. It’s now been a few weeks since the rollout bugs should have been straightened out. But I opened the app today and immediately encountered problems. I keep coming back because of the consistently delicious hot subs (& pickles, of course), but please don’t make it such a chore to use your app. Right now, I feel that the updated app is very counterintuitive and user-hostile.

While I would love to give a 5 star, I just cannot. I ordered online to get lunch during my break. I ordered at 2:40pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 2:50 and waited until it was ready at 3:11. Meanwhile, one of the employees saw I was waiting for quite some time and did ask what my name and order was to check the status. I understand that everywhere is short staffed. But there were 4 people behind the counter. Service was definitely slow and needs to be improved on.
