Giving two stars instead of one star because the staff members were incredibly friendly. The subs were also made correctly by the staff, but tasted terribly. The ingredients were sub par. First and last time eating at Fire House Subs.

Did a door dash order totaling $53.00. Driver disappeared with order. It was never delivered nor was a picture sent of delivery location. Did a claim with door dash and asked for redelivery. Firehouse would not remake the order and cancelled the reorder. It takes 3 days to get a refund. The biggest issue is they waited about 35 minutes to decide not to take care of a customer and by then most options were closed. I rarely use delivery services and only do so when I am unable to go into town or prepare a meal at home. I have dined in at this firehouse multiple times but will never step foot in this establishment again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The woman on the phone that took my order was EXTREMELY rude. Me & my husband went in to get our order & she basically threw it at him. I’ve never had a problem before now. The woman should not be working there. We will not be back. (Asheboro location!)

My first time going in a firehouse subs. While I was ordering I asked the cashier if it was too late to change my sub to a large then the employee making the sub cussed about me wanting a large. I won’t be going back at least not for a long time in hopes that employee will be fired. I did like the sandwich was bread food bread, not how subway folds the bread

This is the BEST Firehouse in the area! The service is always great and friendly. These people know how to make a sandwhich. If it is smokey when you walk in don’t be alarmed…someone’s sandwhich is cooking! Of course they have one of the fancy Cole machines so you can create your tasty soda concoctions! #LTFD Enjoy

This is probably one of the better firehouse sub locations. Ive never had a bad experience from here in all my visits. They stay pretty busy so if you’re impatient take your patience pill lol. The meatball sub smashes subways by a country mile. So if you’re a meatball sub person i highly recommend it.

I picked up seven large subs from this location today to treat one of my clients staff to lunch. This was a business related expense and unfortunately I walked out without keeping my receipt. I reached out to the store and put me in touch with the correct person to help immediately. Within a few minutes they had re-printed and sent me a copy of my receipt for the day. Staff was very helpful, store is clean and quick. Food is delicious! Would return. Would recommend.

Past several time the brisket has been awful. Fatty & chewy meat. I know the employees do not provide the meat. Do better Firehouse, when you spend over $40 for 3 large subs you expect to be about to eat them!

Ordered the hot ham and cheese combo for 15 bucks. Small bag of chips and drinks were a little flat. Sandwich was good, they use a mayonnaise sauce rather than oil and vinegar FYI. They took my order quickly and got the sandwich out within 5 minutes.

Cashier has a horrible additude. She seemed to have problems when you ask her questions. We came in December 9th 2022. The other people looked miserable did not communicate. People asked if they could dine in and they told them they had to take it to go and they wasn’t due to close until 9 which when they came in it was 8:30. Then those people left which lost you all sales. Highly disappointed with there customer service
