Basically don’t spend your money on a salad. I was trying to get something quick that was reasonably priced. As you can see, bad lettuce, and the cup of chili (bean +meat) tasted highly preserved and small portion. Still came out pricey given the food wasn’t any good. I’ll take my money elsewhere and spend a little more to get a quality meal. Staff is fine, place was Clean.

This review is for the firehouse order app only. The app is absolute garbage. Ordered from home 40 mins ahead of time. Arrived at correct pick up time at 1220. There was an order on the rack with at 1202 time. My order was not even started. So orders sit around getting cold while mine was not even started. This is an app issue that needs corrected. Wait time for order was 14 mins after I arrived. Would not mind so much but just for sandwiches was 32 dollars and the service app provides is not worth this expense. Please fix your food app. It makes the staff at place look bad and they work very hard. It would be better to just go in person order and wait for your order rather than use the food app which is what I am going to do from now on.

Service was excellent. I was greeted when I first walked in and my order was taken promptly. The food was good and the ingredients were fresh. My only complaint was the price. Seemed a bit high for what I ordered. However, I guess that is just the norm these days and not specific to Firehouse.

Placed an order two hour in advance, and still had to wait 20 minutes later after my designated pick-up time. What’s the point of ordering ahead? Obviously, they were making the orders if walk-in s first. Doesn’t make sense. The 10 dollar salad was pretty much tasteless. Don’t bother.

Staff is always friendly, place is always clean. A little slow, but food is good. My concern is the price. I paid $30 for two large subs with no drinks and no chips yesterday. That is absolutely insane. You can just go to Dion’s across the street and get a drink, soda, and better sandwich for less than that.
