I did an online order it changed the location to Aberdeen. I was trying to order in another town. I called the store immediately. the guy that answered the phone. didn’t know what to do so he called the manager, she told him she would take care of it the next day. and if i had questions to call her persona number. which I did (by the way the manager and owner are the same person) that’s what she told me. this woman was the ruddiest and most hateful person I have ever talked to with customer service. her name is Apecka or something like that. they first told me i had to cancel the order but that was a lie you cant. she told me that she couldn’t do anything about it. I told her I needed my money back. she said well you made the mistake I said yes I did, then she said there is nothing I can do for you and hung up on me. I called her back the next day. she said she refunded my money but I still don’t have it. because I couldn’t pull up my receipt at the time I was on the phone with her she said it was adding up to 35 and some change.. I told her it was 36.35 at which point I said what ever. I got home looked it up and texted her a copy of the receipt I was correct it was 36.35 she replied back well you refund is similar. I said it needs to be exact. I got on here and I have seen other reviews talking about the manager/owner and her attitude. Firehouse you need to do better!!!!! this woman is representing your name. and I plan to get the word out to all I can about how hateful she is. you don’t treat people the way she does with no consequences. Just keep in mind the Manager is the owner.

Service was pretty quick considering it was busy, my first time there. Sandwhich was nothing special, good flavor, over all good. The counter has a bunch of sauces sitting out to put on your sandwich, but they should be refrigerated. Some of them did not look the tone or color like they should have, guaranteed to get sick if you add these to your meal.

My first time to any Firehouse Subs was in Aberdeen NC. There was so much hot pepper in the Ranch dressing on my sandwich & salad that I couldn’t eat them. The Manager would do Absolutely nothing about it. Horrible Manager. Horrible Customer Service. She needs fired!!

Decent sub shop. Much better than the Subways around here. The prices are good and the portions are generous. Tea is fresh and the food is good. Customer service is as good as Chick Fil A’s, which was a nice surprise. The decor is excellent, but the floors were dirty and so were the tables. I had to ask for a wash cloth to wipe down my table (all of them were dirty) and the manager kindly did it for me. The brownies tasted like the plastic wrap they were wrapped in and dry and stale on the outside, which was a bummer, but the insides were nice. Overall could use a little improvement here and there, but a decent little place to grab a sandwich. The kids also love this place.
