Went inside & ordered. No one else was inside, I was the only customer. Two girls working. One took my order & I asked for extra pickle spears, she looking at me like I was speaking gibberish but nodded when I said I would pay for them. Ordered wheat break on one & white bread for the other two sandwiches. No other extras or special requests. Took 20 minutes t9 get sandwiches & the sandwiches are not what was ordered. No pickels at all & it’s just always disappointing when this location is used. My family loves the Firehouse location in Pooler!! Just avoid this location at all costs.

The lady that took my order and made the sub was nice. My order was NOT made right though. I ordered a spicy cajun chicken sub (large). First thing that comes out of her mouth is we don’t have anymore lettuce. I said that stinks but I’ll get it anyway. Only thing i asked was her to go light on the Jalapenos and put extra, NOT DOUBLE, chicken on it. Well, i didn’t get light jalapeños i got more than normal, and i got double chicken, no tomatoes, no onions, no green peppers and no lettuce (i knew about the lettuce though). I’ll NEVER go back to this Firehouse subs. The inside of the store where people sit wasn’t the cleanest either.

I’ll never eat at Subway again! This place has literally set the standard for how all subs are supposed to taste. It was so fresh, so good, the BEST sub I have ever eaten (I had the Hook & Ladder). I will eat at Firehouse Subs from now on, I’ve been missing out! The store was clean, the crew were awesome, absolutely love this store.

I ordered on line and my card was charged. When I arrived at the store there was a not on the door stating that they were closed. I have been calling the store for two weeks to get a refund the phone has not been answered at all. I received a message back one time to call the store the next morning, again no answer after five more calls. So no refund was ever received.

I do not know what happen. It’s filthy outside . Soda machine disgusting no wipe down out of soda with certain flavors most importantly I got food poisoning. Sick for days. Victory Dr location new different type workers clean. Warning do not eat from here.

The rudest staff , wouldn’t correct my sandwich or refund my cash payment or give me back my receipt . It was very obvious thus staff hasn’t been trained in customer service or were the two girls on staff on Sunday May 28, 2023 at 11:45 AM didn’t seem to care if the waited on us and we were the only customers in the restaurant. I go to this location a couple of times a month with a friend but either one of us will ever support this place again

Ordered online two weeks ago. Store says opened online only to be closed and be charged. Customer service filed a case never gotten a call back and called again only for the store to be sneaky and close the case and no refund. They don’t answer their phone either.
