Look I don’t want to work at 10:30 at night either. That’s why I’m nit working. But, these workers make use the app to turn customers away. But, I used it and got my subs, which were made in the dark. The employees turned off all of the lights and the open sign to fool customers from going in after 10pm. Well, the store shouldn’t have signs advertising that they are open late if they are going to close shop early. That is false advertisement!!! Anyways I was treated awful and the quality of food was bad. I will not be returning to this location.

8PM, I spoke to a man that had been sitting for 25 mins. I counted 9 people, 1/2 of them seemed not to care about the people waiting. I waited 15 mins. For my sandwich. It tasted good,but the bread was super soggy. Not my favorite. Potentially a super place, I just went at a bad time. Not a experience to write home about.

Just stopped in and was told the system is down and it would take a tad longer well 35 mins later finally got it! What is messed up they screamed out everyone name except for mine so I waited an extra 10 mins cause it was just sitting on the counter. Had to push my way through people just to get to my food! Never will I come back to this location this was just ridiculous and so uncalled for!

I have been eating Firehouse for years and until recently I have always called in my orders so they are ready when I get there. I have to say the new “call center” for phone in orders is horrible. I tried the automated system the first time and ended up hanging up and calling back because it wouldn’t recognize the changes that I wanted. When I called back it took me 9 minutes on the phone to order 4 sandwhiches (extremely inefficient). A couple weeks later I called in another order and opted for the live person. This person obviously was not in the store (which is fine as long as the can help) but they were confused when I tried order a “custom item” and acted annoyed that I wanted a special order. I could tell they were not familiar with the menu or even Firehouse at all for that matter. All I wanted was a sandwich for my daughter which was turkey and cheese only and they could not find it in their system. I understand the shortage personnel in workforce and the need for adapting to these changes but this is not a step in the right direction.

I am new to Firehouse subs. They’re sub sandwiches are delicious! I received a free coupon for teachers the other day and so I got the opportunity to go try them! I had their number 10 which is a roast beef with barbecue sauce sub! It was a great amount of food. My son and I split the sandwich. I highly recommend trying this sub shop! Delicious!
