7/20/23 We we’re stopping in Ozark Alabama for the night while travel north. Stop in to get 5 subs. The crew working about 5pm was courteous. The service was great. I don’t know about the past review but this was a great stop.

I want to thank the Manger for being considered of my needs. They started running a if your name is on certain days buy something and get a sub Free! I called and explained I was home bound because of me disability and I would have to lode my wheelchair to go to if he could let me husband come with my ID and pick it up and he didn’t have to but he did. That’s great customer service to me. Thank you for caring ❤

Deborah was the NICEST and sweetest lady ever. It was my first time there and she walked me through the whole menu, and even suggested a couple of sauces for me to try. She made the experience great and I will definitely be back!

I feel sorry for the other employees at this establishment i witnessed the owner yell at a employee about cutting his pay for hours he worked after finishing his last 2 weeks.

First time i walked into firehouse they said i got the job… second time i walked in, the owner was rude and within a minute told me he was done and to get a job somewhere else. I also recently got into a bad car accident and his only concern was if i had a car and a ride to work. yes, i would have 2 rides to work, but he didn’t try to work anything out with me after i “supposedly” had the job. really shows how much THIS firehouse cares about their employees.

This location opened about a year ago. We quickly discovered the owner is mean & nasty to both his customers & employees, so we haven’t been back in nearly a year. This is NOT OK! I refuse to spend money at a place where someone belittles their employees & ridicules customers when their order is wrong. Corporate doesn’t respond to customer complaints either, so that’s very disappointing. I rarely give poor reviews, but this one is well-deserved. P.S. Anna from Guest Services, don’t even bother to comment on my review. Apparently, you don’t take any complaints seriously because several poor reviews have been left, specifically about the owner of this franchise, and nothing has changed. You’re probably a bot.

Went into the Ozark Al location for a take out order the young lady took my order the younger gentleman making my order then called out our cup and a bowl of chili as he proceeded to make our sandwich he gets done turns to a red headed gal I did not get her name asked her if she got the chili for him she shook her head no as she was standing and eating herself! She was absolutely no help at all and should not be eating in the work area! My wife had bad experience with the older man that is the owner so I thought I would give it a try myself her review is posted as well. The other staff was awesome excluding the red haired gal.And please turn on the air conditioner it was very hot inside 03/11/2021
