This was my first visit to this location and my second visit to a Firehouse Subs. We didn’t eat in,, we got subs to go. Service was good. Staff was super friendly. I do like the look of their restaurants. The Firehouse theme is nice. It all falls apart at the food though. I got the NY Steamer. For starters, it looked nothing like the online picture thats for sure. Just a few slices of beef and some veggies. I found it very lacking compared to its picture. The next issue is the flavor, or lack thereof. The sub should have some with mayo and mustard. I found neither. I’ve never had such a bland sub in my life. If it wasn’t for the cucumbers, it would have had no flavor at all. Extremely disappointing. The wife got a roast beef sub. She had the same issue regarding flavor. The roast beef and provolone were flavorless. If a sub can’t stand on its own without mayo or something, that’s a problem. My first visit to a Firehouse was underwhelming and so was my second. I think I’ll keep clear of Firehouse Subs.

The woman (a bit older, kind of large, brown hair) working during lunch today should not be in a customer facing position. The two times I have encountered her she has been rude and condescending towards me, talking to me as if I am a dumb child. Because of her I will not be back, she does not know the first thing about customer service and should not be working the front

It was really empty when we went in there but everything was good. They even knew we were planning on splitting a medium and gave us an extra pickle so we’d each have one! They were all really nice and it was good food, can’t beat it!

The food is very delicious and the service is great. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere as well. I am the daughter of a former fireman and the small touches of the firehouse make it feel like home. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The sandwiches here are very tasty. I’m gluten free for the time being and their gluten free bread roll is really great tasting. I do think overall the prices are a little high.

Terrible. The service sucks. It was my birthday and I showed the lady my app and everything and she refused to give me the free sub. Don’t go here. Subway is a better option at this point. at least their employees aren’t mean.

Used my rewards points to get a medium club sub for free and it was delicious but the size was disappointing and the amount of meat and portion of lettuce tomato onions were lacking. Has everyone started charging more and offering less or is it just me.

First time trying Firehouse Subs and it is incredible. Never thought there’d be another option that Jersey Mike’s but this is about to be my newest obsession for a while. Plus they have mac n cheese, like what more could you ask for?

Came in on a whim for the first time in forever. Very happy with the choices and cleanliness of the restaurant. They were working a few to-go orders and were still able to answer any questions and didn’t mind last second modifications because my kids are kids. 🙂
