Order from a different location. This location cannot follow order instructions. You will waste your money on a product that will be incorrect. Ordered their cheddar brisket. Bread wasn’t toasted. No mayonnaise. No olives. And the entire bottom slice of bread was like chewing a dish sponge.

Did a pick up order, and NOT disappointed. Ordered hot subs, and the bread was still soft just the way we like it. Ordered the Steak & Cheese and the Smoked Brisket & Cheddar. Definitely worth the price!!

Simply pathetic!! I called the store at 830 to place any order before they closed. One employee (male) processed to tell me that they are closed 30 mins before time. I had time to leave my house and get to the store (10 mins away) and WALKED into the store! The employees still proceeded to tell me to the are closed as I’m standing inside the store with other customers!! Like wow!

My husband ordered through Door Dash. The driver was 5 stars. We ordered cheesesteak subs. We both agreed that the buns were too soggy and they tasted like the onions were the wrong kind of onions to be a grilled onion. The onions tasted more like a pickling one. The steak itself was good. I’m sure we will probably order from here again because this was the 1st time and we always give a 2nd chance, at least.

Edit to add I will not be returning to this location. I ordered GF bread on the 6th I did not receive GF bread. Just went today and ordered no cheese they put cheese on it a d I didn’t catch it until too late. This was a severe allergy issue and now it’s going to cause reactions

Had the new prime rib sub it was BAD. New sandwich at Firehouse gotta try it …it was mostly fat, sliced so thin I couldn’t taste it over the bread. Too much lettuce mixed with the mayo, soaked the bottom half of the sub. Won’t try that again. Normally get the NEW YORK STEAMER very good.
