We have driven by this restaurant for the past 3 years we have lived here and had no idea it was a high end steakhouse. We decided to celebrate my wife’s birthday here this year. We made reservations for 7 PM on Friday night, but when we arrived there was no wait. The ambiance is nice and I love the darker lighting as opposed to the usual bright restaurants. The food was really good. The deviled eggs with candied bacon were excellent. The BLT salad was great as well. The only issue we had with the food was both of our filets were cooked unevenly, but still good. The highlight of our evening was our amazing server, Angel. She was very attentive and had an amazing sense of humor. When she learned that it was my wife’s birthday she comped the awesome chocolate brownie with ice cream and chocolate and caramel sauce. At many restaurants these days you normally do not receive above and beyond service like this. Thank you Angel for making this night extra special. Great Job!!!

Pro-tip: Make a reservation! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. We sat in a booth in the bar area, and my husband could enjoy the UFC fight while we had dinner. I had an amazing pineapple martini. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of my meal. I ordered a Cajun ribeye, and the seasoning was great. However, the steak was unevenly cooked, and came out well done on one side and medium (how I ordered it) on the other. My husband had the prime rib, and he had no complaints, but he wasn’t excited about it. Finally, our server was distracted AF. He was not attentive, but he was polite when he did show up.

The food was delicious and our server was attentive and welcoming! The deviled eggs were so good it was like eating candy! The only setback was the kid’s macaroni & cheese – dry and tasteless. We enjoyed our meals from the steak to the salmon, pasta, and to the burger! They treated me with a delicious birthday cheesecake and a kind greeting card – I don’t even like cheesecake much but theirs was amazing!! You don’t see restaurants take the time to give you a birthday greeting card let alone handcraft it and sign it. That was a very thoughtful touch and made my dinner more special. This was our first visit – We will be back! 5 stars from our table!

New Firebirds in Alliance N Ft Worth has a great atmosphere. High end, quite and good table spacing with fine decorative accents. Wait staff was great. The bar made a great cocktail but the food was sub par; Possibly due to newness of kitchen. My Ribeye Steak had a gas tinge taste to it and my lobster was tough. The Philly cheese steak egg roll appetizer was not that great. My Wife’s Salmon was excellent but she said the vegetables were boring with little flavor. For the price the food needs improvement. The atmosphere of the restaurant requires us to give it another chance since it just opened.

The food is good. Service was great. Love the sweetness of the wine. I like the strawberries but the sourness didnt go too well with the salad. One thing was ruin at the dinner was they have fruitfly that kept flew around me for the entire dinner and ended up in my glass of wine. My husbad told the manager at the end and we were shocked they gave us another glass of wine.

Found this place while looking for a new restaurant to try. I made a reservation on OpenTable, and I’m glad that I did because there was a pretty substantial wait on a Friday evening. We got a few rounds of drinks including a mule and black diamond. The pineapple martini sounded very intriguing and it went down too smooth. The cheesesteak egg rolls were crisp on the outside, but was very heavy on the meat with almost no cheese. Could have been improved with more cheese and maybe some type of dipping sauce. The crab cakes were very good, I’d get them again. Pork chop left a little to be desired. Instead of the usual apple sauce or sautéed apples, I got an unusually small portion of apples considering how big the pork chop was. We ordered a crème brûlée cheesecake but was served a chocolate cake. The server checked the ticket and swapped out the dessert for the one we ordered. Food was good, server was also very attentive. I’d come back if I was around Alliance, but this is not a memorable FW establishment for me.

New restaurant in the area so figured we would give it a try. I would definitely look at the menu before going. I got the Cajun Ribeye which was pretty good. Fresh bread at the table is a bonus. Price for the dinner was a bit higher than expected, but didn’t look at the menu prior to going.
