Excellent food. Glad to see a really good Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. Believe the little peppers on the mean that tells you how spicy. Ordered the 3 pepper chicken and it was good but very spicy. Scallion bubble was different but very good. Definitely recommend.

First time dining at Fire Stone and was glad we stopped in. We ordered the Orange Chicken (dinner portion), Dan Dan Noodles and Soup Dumplings, all of which were delicious.

My family of four went on a Sunday night for dinner. Service was great. They were very attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had the dry fried eggplant. It was crispy and spicy. We also had the pan fried pork dumplings, which were very flavorful and came with a really great dipping sauce. We ordered the whole Beijing duck which was enough food for the four of us with a bowl of rice on the side. The duck came with these delicious thin pancakes think slices shallot and cucumber as well as two different sauces. Skim was crispy and the meat was very tender. We will be back!

Authentic Chinese restaurant sifted in between the retail spaces of East Cobb.

The xiao long bao was not authentic at all (expected, given that it’s not a staple of Szechuan cuisine). The filling and dough both tasted like they took dumpling materials and just made it into an xlb shape. Most other dishes were just alright. We really loved the fried eggplant and spicy fish though!

Not authentic Chinese food if that’s what you are looking for. The steamed dumpling tastes really bad, not what it’s supposed to be at all!! Food is pricey considering the portion. Overall disappointed. We had a much better experience at another restaurant for Sichuan food called Wei.

So happy to have a Firestone near us. We’ve been going to the Kennessaw location but this one is much closer. Love their dishes and presentation. Authentic flavors and excellent service.

Been waiting for something to move into this space (former home of the black swan). We came for lunch on a recommendation from our barber a couple of doors away. The menu is full of huge photos of the food with great descriptions. As fans of the world famous Din Tai Fung, when we saw they had steamed pork buns, it was a must try! They make these to order so we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to get to the table – this was totally ok with us! The service was great throughout and we enjoyed the steamed pork buns, orange chicken, and Mongolian beef. We asked for mild spice, and it was less than expected – so I suggest going a little hotter than what you might be used to. We will be back!

I love Oriental food and it is very hard to find in this part of America. After reading some of the other lower reviews. I have to say people are just too critical and expect to get 100% authentic. Do you think anything in America other than American is true Authentic. I have eaten at Oriental places all over the US and even Hawaii. I can say with out a doubt this place is in the top 10. Are there somethings that are a little less than true Authentic, yes there are. On the whole I would say this is about as authentic as if you went to China to get it. The staff was exceptionally friendly and did a great job. The food was incredible and very authentic. Will definitely be going there again. Thank you Fire Stone Chinese for an incredible dining experience and for the wonderful food. See you again soon

Well, I’m excited to say I was the first customer at the new location here in East Cobb. I bought lunch for my staff and it did not disappoint. I expected I might run into a few hiccups with my service, (as is with any new business), but nope! This is obviously not their first rodeo, as they were running on all cylinders. Our food came hot, fast, and delicious! The gentlemen recommended I try this garlic sauce dish, which I ordered over beef, and wow was that a flavor explosion. He had plenty of other recommendations so I can’t wait to try them all. I can literally walk there so I’ll be back, and back, and back, and… lol.
