My son and I walked in knowing the owners, but we were blown away by how nice this restaurant/bar is! You can see the brick oven from the front door and smell that little bit of brick oven smoke! The staff was so inviting and friendly! My brother chef Clayton Horrighs happened to be there which is why we came all the way there from Festus, MO! It was well worth the drive! We ate a few amazing appetizers then ordered our food! Everything was DELICIOUS!!! I will say the horshoes and shrimp are to die for! What a nice place to relax and get a great meal!

We hurried out to be some of the first to try the ramen at Fire & Ale tonight and boy am I glad we did. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Service was great, the owner of Fire and Ale greated us with a smile, and chef Clayton even came out to check to make sure we loved it. Super amazing to have something, even for a short time, in our area. P.s. the ramen was the best I’ve ever had❤️

Ordered carryout hamburger horseshoe & a big texan burger. Both of our orders of waffle fries were burnt to a crisp. Super hard and half of them weren’t edible .. Ate some anyways because I was on my lunch break & didn’t have time to go back. Few hours later I got sick Almost seemed like they were double fried.
