Lets start with the food. The pizza I ordered was very good. I would say it was excellent except there was one issue. I ordered the margherita pizza and the flavor was excellent, however, it needed more mozzarella cheese. The cheese that was on it was so so good! Look at the picture and you’ll see what I mean. Otherwise the food was great. The restaurant itself was small with only a few stools to eat at if you order just a slice of pizza. So, in other words, it wasn’t anything special, more a hole in the wall really. No ambiance to speak of. Its really not a place you go to sit and eat anyway so I don’t knock them for it. The service was acceptable, nothing exceptional. The owner appeared to be throwing the pizza dough in the back. He didn’t say anything to anyone. Not a huge deal, as long as the pizza is good, but would have been nice.

Truly an excellent pie! You can tell this place uses long fermentation on the dough, as when you’re done eating you don’t get that bloated feeling you get with a high yeast short rise dough. Great service, and everyone really enjoyed the pizza. The Mozza sticks were a huge hit too! Pizza is between Napoleon and traditional American leaning towards Napoleon, the crust is amazing. Had the Popeye and cheese pizza, both simply splendid. Found on Google maps, had high reviews, felt confident, but was even more surprised I had to write a review for myself! The owner and staff were super nice and patient with my 4 kids as well.

This is my 1st time ordering. You gained an extremely satisfied new customer. Today was my Son’s Birthday. He wanted a Pizza delivered. We saw the positive reviews. Well, I’m adding another great review. This Pizza was everything! Hot and flavorful. We appreciated the quick delivery. Thank you for your yummy pizzas. My Son was overjoyed with his pizza dinner. Nothing like making the Birthday boy happy on his special day. Just fantastic! We will be ordering again real soon.

My favorite pizza in San Diego for a classic thin crust pie. Don’t believe the hype of nearby famous places and try Fiori’s. We’ve been waiting for over a year for them to reopen and we weren’t disappointed. The pies are just as good as I remember. They sell whole pies and also by the slice. There’s parking in the back. All the pies are good but plain cheese is perfection.

My father was a chef for 40 years and learned how to cook at an Italian couple’s restaurant in New York. I used to think he had the best lasagna out there until I tried Fiori’s. Oh my goodness, when I tell you it is the best lasagna I have ever had. I also had a sandwich there a few days ago. Similar experience. Seriously, give these guys a try if you love simple but truly amazing Italian food. The prices are great and the portions are huge. I will be a regular customer as long as I live in SD county.

Finally after 2 years, Fioris Pizza has reopened! I ordered delivery, and I must say that the food is even better than it was before. If you are ever in the area, or live in the area and are craving pizza, sandwiches, pasta, etc. Fioris is definitely the way to go!
