Great service! Loved the bread service and loved our burrata/cherry tomato. Prosciutto with melon was too dry could have used some balsamic glaze on the top. Our wagyu steak was too salty. The wild sea bass felt over cooked

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was so impressed! The ambiance is beautiful, romantic, and has a unique mid century charm to it. The drinks and food were presented beautifully and tasted amazing. While they’re none for their steak I would actually say their pastas and starters were the most memorable things on their menu. Be sure to get the table side cesar salad for a fun experience and delicious classic yet elevated cesar salad. If you like seafood the Lobster Diavola is another must!

One of the best flavored and meatiest branzinos I’ve ever had! They prepared it fantastically!! The sauce hiding beneath the fish was a rich green color with an exotic herby flavor that was memorable. You can’t see the thickness here but it was about 3cm thick in some spots. It was enough for two. They offered to further prepare the fish tableside but I chose to enjoy the fish as presented. It came perfectly deboned.

Swanky vintage vibes with great music. Service was super attentive. Try the tableside cesar, negroni and steaks. Octopus Carpaccio was the highlight of the dinner. Tomahawk was cooked perfectly and there is a thoughtful variety of Italian wines. Cacio e pepe could use some work, otherwise amazing.

I will say, I usually don’t like steakhouse, but I was truly impressed by Fioretta. Hands down, our experience was significantly amplified by our somm and host, Robert Woodford. He completely elevated the experience for our group. We dined with 11 hungry guys. Started with some amazing wine. We ordered table side Caesar salad which was surprisingly awesome. Followed by a dozen oysters. We peaked out meal with the two biggest steaks in the entire place (the tomahawk and bistecca alla fiorentina) and branzino. It was all to die for. We had a few pastas and sides, but the meat was definitely the star of the dinner. Ended the meal with insanely rich cake and tiramisu.

We went to Fioretta for dinner last night and it was a solid 4-star experience. The service was good; always nearby and accessible, but not hovering. The food was delicious, if a bit inconsistent; both of us got the filet, and hers was noticeably smaller and thinner than mine, and it looked a bit overdone. Mine was glorious. The cacio e pepe and roasted broccolini were delicious; cooked perfectly. The clams and scallops casino was delicious, but nothing extraordinary. I would have liked a piece of bread to sop up the delicate, flavorful sauce.

I recently dined here with work colleagues. From the moment we stepped in, everything was perfect (albeit a tad loud early on). The Tomahawk steak was absolutely amazing and the mashed potatoes were heaven. I can’t even remember everything we ordered but it was ALL great. The service is simply outstanding – I could keep adding adjectives but “outstanding” covers it. Our waiter ANSEL was awesome and attentive. I would absolutely come back!
