Out of the many names and owners this place has had this is the one that feels most comfortable and friendly. I met one of the owners Tracy who was great. We had a burger which was large and very good…the side of coleslaw was huge and probably not made in house. Then there was a chicken Philly that was good. I had the potato pancakes which I loved except that they were a little burnt. The beef cheese was very tasty even as thin as it was. I am hoping they start a brunch with a full Irish at some point and add a Shepard’s pie.

My girlfriends and I went out on Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised that Chagrin River Pub has now changed to Finnegan’s. From the warm acknowledgement we received when we walked in, to the great drinks and food we ordered and to the band playing, we had a great time. This is definitely somewhere we will be going back to very, very soon. The bartenders/servers were fun and outgoing with a constant smile on their faces that made you feel like you were there only customer, the new owners were friendly and talked to almost all the customers at some point but they weren’t scared to jump behind the bar or back on the line in the kitchen if needed. The drinks were good and the food was amazing! The Rueben’s were perfect and the house chips were to die for along with the homemade French onion dip. I can’t wait to see where things go for this new bar. Out of 10 stars, I’d give them a 9.50. Great job ladies and best of luck. Slainte!

The food is great!! Love the atmosphere! The new owners are great. They are passionate at what they do and it shows. It’s good home cooking and always fun!! The pretzels are like no other. Potato pancakes are crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle, so good! And the cheeseburgers are the best around. My husband is a hard man to please when we go out to eat and we’ve eaten there 3x this week!!! NEW FAVORITE PLACE

Best HOMEADE Stuffed mushrooms I’ve had in a very long time! Ordered the Steak Philly and Onion Rings for my lunch and was not disappointed. This is going to be a regular rotation on where to order lunch for work.

This place was excellent! I had the philly cheese steak with chips and my bf had the cod sandwich with chips. For an appetizer we had the stuffed mushrooms.

Lisa’s corned beef is the leanest in Lake county. She makes all the food from scratch and it’s outstanding.

Ordered a burger and onion rings. Burger absolutely awful and received 5 onion rings. Portion awful. Burger old terrible. Worst ever. A quarter pounder is more satisfying.
