You can smell their cursed a$$ men’s room from the drivethru. Smells like straight sewage. Even with this smell, that permeates the whole place, it’s still better than a legitimate family style sit down Mexican restaurant in New England. I keep going back. The food is good. Just hold your breath in the mens room. Health inspector, if you see this please bully the franchise owner into fixing this sewage smell. The employees deserve a place that only smells as bad as an empty restaurant normally does.

I went through the drive thru on 7/13/23 at 9 30am and asked the employee what is poco that showed on my receipt. He said steak and cook forgot it was a Jr breakfast burrito but only charge for Jr size. When I got home it was all wrong and had ham in it. I brought it back and the employee man said refund for only the burrito not the large diet coke. I said yes. He asked for my debit card and I gave it to him. Then a lady employee gave me my debit card and a receipt. She charged my card again for $3.33 and said it was for the drink. I told her no! I already paid for my drink when I got the burrito. I told the man employee wearing glasses that I want a refund for the burrito I handed back to him and now for a second drink they charged me. He acted like he couldn’t speak English. He never refunded me or gave me a new burrito. I called the police to come out. The ov officer said to file a complaint with HQ and call my bank to dispute. These people stole from me. My entire family loves filibertos but now they’re going to stop. It’s unfortunate this has happened. The stole from me twice. It’s disgusting. Zero stars for this business. I just hope I get all my money back. I have the receipts and bank statement. I never got a refund. And no food.

This location is pretty horrible. They always act like you’re an inconvenience when you go thru. Told the dude I wanted a bean burrito on Wednesday sale day. Charged me for a beef burrito. When I asked him to fix it fool tried to say it was my fault.

Really good food. The portions are very generous and the employees friendly. I guess that the only issue was that my husband’s burrito seemed to have a whole onion inside. He doesn’t like onions but, other than that, we very much enjoyed our dinner. The meat was well made.

Can’t beat authentic Mexican cuisine. Came here for breakfast burritos and right off the bat you can tell you’re at the right place when they make their own tortillas. Left with a full belly and smile on our faces.

I am loyal fan to Filibertos, go at least twice a week. Today thru the drive-thru horrible experience with teller. I asked for six red salsas (I like at least 3 to 4 per taco), she gave me a look and said it cost a dollar extra for more hot sauce. She is the only one to ever say this to me since I’ve been going there for over 3 years! I let her know she is the only one to ever to say it’s extra. I get my bag, I have 3 green salsas. I’m lived at this point (I’m really craving my hot sauce). I then had to park, walk in and get my own from the salsa bar. Where I as far as I know there is no limit on how many I can get? …. Thinking I need to switch to Nico’s.

You guys just forgot 75% of our order after 14 minutes and confirming at the window. We’re not even going to bother back tonight, the service here is getting progressively worse and we often choose not to come here because of it.

These guys are making good food unlike los betos and all the other -etos in Tucson. Eat here and they still give you meat when you ask for meat. I have yet to find something not good on the menu. These people can cook!

I had to change this from 5 stars to one. About a year ago I found 4 pretty big rocks in my bean burrito. That is forgivable. Rocks are sometimes in bags of beans, so I understand a mistake (even though… 4 rocks in one burrito?). I sent a nice message to the main office letting them know their food is great but to watch the quality control because of what happened. I started going back about 6 months later… the rocks kind of took my appetite away for Filibertos for a while. We might get something from there about once a month–so not too much, but more that other fast food places that we go to. So the probability of me having another bad experience seems low. However, today I bit into a burrito and felt something hard. It wasn’t a rock, but a thin strand of metal. I took pictures of each experience. Enjoy the photos. I can’t recommend this place to people who don’t enjoy rocks and metal in their food. However, for those who like surprises in their food… You can kind of this of this place like a delicious surprise meal. You never know what you will get. It’s like the surprise in the cereal box, but now it’s wrapped in a tortilla.
