Went to buy a torta and 5 shredded beef rolled Tacos and the rolled tacos have more tortilla them meat, and guacamole was dark and rotten and asked for a large horchata and they filled the cup with ice so 3 drinks and horchata was gone. Went at 2:20 am so wasn’t hot for that much ice . Worker was really friendly and fast service.

I ordered a patron burrito and It was disappointing. The cheese wasn’t melted and the protein was burn. The tacos were good, and the salsa didn’t have any taste. We also waited a long time for our order. Most likely I will not return.

I’m giving 2 stars because the guy was really nice but my food wasn’t I asked them if they could crisp up the frys so that they were like crunchy a little no I didn’t get that the frys I got were limp and very soft some of them were cold they didn’t even have a golden color to them my churro was rock hard couldn’t eat it I will not be coming back I spent 16 dollars for my food and didn’t like it

So, I did at one point have a 5 star review, but since my last visit was so terrible, I changed it to 1 star. First, I had an order of about 5 items total. The person on the other side of the speaker was rude and acted like he spoke zero English. Zero English (notice I said acted like) then, when I got to the window the price was wayyyy off what it should have been, where I discovered that he got nothing I said correct. Not one thing was right. In the middle of attempting to explain myself (I was reading a list, so my order didn’t change throughout) he just slammed the register shut and walked away. Without a word. So I sat there not quite knowing what to do, when another person came to the window and took my order. For some reason, I was able to be understood that day, I guess, because she also had a hard time and I had to correct her numerous times when I asked her to clarify and read back to me what she heard. When the order finally came, you guessed it, it was all wrong. I was so frustrated by the end that I was literally in tears. I felt mocked and belittled and just awful. I had a step dad from Puerto Rico when I was younger so I know for a fact I’m saying carne asada perfectly omg it was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere and I promise I am NEVER going back there again. Just writing this right now is getting emotional and this happened 3 or so months ago. Don’t go. There’s a Viva Burrito practically across the street, it’s a bit pricier, maybe, but I guarantee you won’t be made to feel less because you’re not a native Spanish speaker.

For $23 I would expect the best burrito of my life. All of the ingredients were falling out because it was extremely poorly wrapped, and somehow it was close to flavorless. I’ve been to enough Filiberto’s and ordered the exact same thing to know this isn’t normal. Not sure what’s wrong with this location but I wish I had driven a few extra miles to a different one.

Food is really good but do NOT order online at night. The night workers are either spiteful or high or overworked and give you burritos that are missing key ingredients like beans. And one time they gave my boyfriend loose beef wrapped in a tortilla when he ordered the California burrito. No beans or anything, just loose beef
