I asked for two Carne asada burritos but got shredded beef mixed in with the asada. You would think as expensive as these burritos are, I would get what I asked for. I brought it up to the staff and was told the Carne asada over cooks and shreds. It would be true, but c’mon, it’s never happened at any other Filiberto location I’ve been to. Plus, I know what shredded beef looks like. Same meat used on their rolled taquitos. First and last time, I will waste my hard earned money at this location. Especially when the staff had no consideration about what I pointed out to them.

It be honest my family and I came here to use the restroom for my long walk we did. The man and woman that work here was very nice so we decided to order some food the restaurant was very nice very clean. There were a lot of doordash orders coming through in the restaurant. They were going fast as they can but still got the job done

The food tastes decent. The Carne asada fries gave me a bad feeling on my gut. It was a gradual effect on me. My breath still smells like the carne asada fries and I have not been able to digest it out properly. I even shared with my colleague. After experiencing horror which honestly should be considered ‘food poisoning’, I’m considering my options when eating somewhere. The customer was aight, they could have been a little more generous but they were doing their job of charging the customer.

Best carne asada burrito EVER!! The area is very beautiful and clean! Also, a Starbuck is in this plaza, the best combination to choose which is caffeine and a burrito. A burger restaurant is here too! I have to try it out one day to post a review.

My wife had a cheese quesadilla. My son had the taco-burrito combo ($9.13) and I had the two chiles rellenos ($9.23) platter. Prices were higher at this location than expected, but the taste, quality and amount of food was very good. My son had to box half of his to take home and I had a hard time finishing my plate. Service is slow – so be prepared to wait. We arrived at the lunch time peak and there were about 10 orders ahead of us. All orders are made-to-order which in my opinion is a great thing, if you have the time. Love the Salsa Bar with tortilla chips, by the way.

Food is great, the people who work in the morning which I assume are the owners or managers, older couple are great. The girl who works in the afternoon however, extremely rude and unprofessional. Because of her I will never go there in the afternoon. A situation happened a couple of months ago where she argued with me over the phone and was not willing to correct something that was their problem. She spoke as if she did not care about me as a customer or the restaurant. I felt like if the owners knew this girl would be fired but you can’t hide a personality like that so I assumed she must be their daughter. Too bad because their food is perfect.

Filiberto’s was the first exchange food I tried when I moved to the US. My colleagues all said, man, it’s a cheap place, go to other more refined establishments for Mexican food. I said, yeah, but this one is next to the office! Since then I’ve been to many Mexican food places in Arizona, New Mexico, Old Mexico and California.

First trip there. Was decent. Clean restaurant. Service was friendly, but not super fast. I ordered just a burrito and it took about 10 minutes and, unfortunately, when I got back to my office I found it was the wrong burrito. Bummer.
