The calzones are really good, they have a comfy area to wait and they don’t charge much compared to other similar establishments. Plus I like their sauce better and they do technically have a drive up window but I’ve never used it. Good pizza, can’t go wrong here. They also have a gluten free crust.

Prices are okay, food is good, customer service is a huge hit or miss it seems. Sometimes you’ll get someone who is a pleasure and takes care of you well, others you’ll get a lady who complains about “turning the oven on” with an hour or more to close, complaints about changing your order from what you previously had, and overall just a lack of rudimentary customer service skills.

My husband and I ordered a creamy, garlic, chicken pan pizza and wings. The delivery was quick, the delivery person was extra friendly, and the food was delicious!

Great pizza, I appreciate the delivery option and online ordering. The sicilian crust is nice, and not greasy like a lot of pan pizzas tend to be. Always done in a timely fashion and the staff are warm and friendly.

Not impressed. Prices were not what was listed on the website. I got to the store to pick up my order and she quoted me a total much higher. And they refused to honor the online prices. Workers did not wash hands after answering the phone and did not wear gloves when preparing the pizza. There was a tip jar that said “Keep us off the pole”. Pizza was not worth the price.

Ordered for the 1st time. Specifically asked to have wings put thru twice because we didn’t want soggy skin. 2 lg Pizzas one pepperoni, one with white sauce and two orders of wings delivered. Before tip almost $59 bucks. Wings and pizza crust soggy. So I call ask for a manager, Tammy gets on phone. I explain all above. She tells me “I’ll give you a $10 credit. I ask to speak with an owner, she says I am an owner so I ask for her last name and she tells me ” I’m not comfortable giving you that information”. So I ask who’s the other owner, was told she’s not here and her name is Dee. Really bad customer service & food!

There is one star there only because I have to put one there to leave a few words about the worst pizza, JoJo’s and most of all experience. My husband and I ordered a Medium Calzone and a full order(1lb) of JoJo’s, and a 2 liter of soda. 25 bucks, and the JoJo’s are not even Luke warm and taste like they were microwaved, the Calzone was doughy on the inside, cheese isn’t melted completely yet the outside is mostly burnt, and the grease saturated all the way through the box, and no soda at all.

Pizza was burnt, and when requested a replacement….I was told I would have to pay for it. If that’s the way the manager is, then I will definitely not be buying from them anymore or recommend them to family and friends.
