GREAT pizza and service! Done fast and to perfection. Crust was well-done, toppings were plentiful and had a great well-baked color! I wish we lived here — we’d eat here all the time. Well, maybe my waistline is happy about that!

Wouldn’t even leave one star.. called at 6:36, they told us it would be 15-20 mins. Went in at 7. They hadn’t even put the pizzas in yet!! Told us it would be 10 more mins, we didn’t get our pizza until 7:37. I took one fricken hour to make 2 pizzas! They kept saying “five more mins” yeah okay. Than they’re excuse was that they were really busy, although in the 35 mins we waited there, only 2 people came in. Horrible seevice. Y’all lost customers tonight for sure. We will definitely be going to Papa Murphy’s for now on!

The guy helping me at the register didn’t even look at me. I can hear him and his co- workers gossiping about some girl using vulgar language. I had my little nephew with me and didnt appreciate that. The pizza is just ok and they have no customer service. Will not be going back this location.

I used to be a big fan of Figaro but it has new owners and their pizza has gone down hill and fast. I would never recommend that anyone would want to take them there business . I am a very big fan of pizza and I will not go there and I would not want my worst enemy to go there.t he pizza is not a good pizza and it was not something that I am willing to promote.customer service was pretty poor and they are not willing to here the customer who is not happy with the food

CO Farm Fair
We order more than 30 pizzas every year, to serve for lunch at the Farm Fair event held at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Figaro’s always has these pizzas ready on time, and they are ALL hot and delicious! Not only that, but they give us a discount, which we then pass on to the Fairgrounds for renovation projects. This year, the project was to replace the 60-year old rickety chairs for new chairs that will be comfortable and safe. Figaro’s supports a lot of local teams and events. A dollar to Figaro’s is a dollar to the Madras economy. THANK YOU FIGARO’S!

Well I ordered a. Calzone and I was surprised and how small it was it s been awhile since I ordered Tom was owner/manager than they ve gotten smaller and wasnt very full seemed flat guess I wont order them again have always been happy with Figaro s item disappoint this time
