To go, no utensils, salsa not offered, cashier was not nice. She told me that my gift certificate was old so they checked the books to make sure it was valid. Then she handed me my food without a word. The food was okay but the service poor.

We used to love this place. Just had such a terrible customer service experience today. We ordered 3 salads and added shrimp. We had a decent drive to pick up the food and bring it home. After eating about half of the salads we realized something was missing. They had forgot to put the chicken in. When I called to let the restaurant know they could clearly care less about our satisfaction. Offered no compensation at all. Not to remake it or give us any credit. I was shocked they didn’t seem to care even though I told them we have been long time regular customers and even tell people how much we love their food. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she wouldn’t give me her name and she was the manager of the restaurant which I doubt. I rarely post reviews but this was not right and I almost feel betrayed by a place I have sent so many people to try over the years. I refuse to give my business to places that don’t take care of their customers. There are plenty of other places to eat.

I am a usual customer, today I ordered two mango salads with dressing on the side. When I got home I didn’t have dressings, my wife drove back to tell them. The manager assured her he saw the dressings on the salad box and wouldn’t give us the dressings. We had to pay 5 dollars per dressing, total of 10 dollars (for dressing wow). Hey they can keep the 10 dollars but that’s the last time I am dining there.

Some of the tastiest salads in town! Try the Chop Chop Chicken Salad or Mango Salad. Their Chicken Tortilla Soup also hits the spot (served only during the colder seasons). Everything I’ve had here is great, including all the salsas in their salsa bar.

I have been coming here and getting the same thing every time and ea time I got It is worst than the last time. I ordered a mango salad the lettuce was wilted the chicken is super cold hardly any dressing it seems like they washed the lettuce and didn’t drain it it’s like it’s soggy. The tortillas have parts that seem raw and are cold. I have not been happy with the one in Visalia at all

Visited this place for lunch today. It was my first time there and it will also be my last as the food was not good. I ordered the two sope plate with rice and beans. Paid extra for steak sopes and the meat was NOT steak more like a shredded type of meat. I asked for no onion and I found onion in my food. The sope was extremely hard couldn’t cut through it with a knife so I had to bite it which wasn’t a big deal but sopes aren’t supposed to be that hard. Didn’t eat the sopes. I took a couple of bites an picked at the toppings instead but it was mostly lettuce and sour cream. They do give plenty of rice and beans but I wanted sopes with steak and that is not what I received. I would have told someone about the food but I was on lunch and wasn’t going to risk being late.

I love this place! Great food at very reasonable prices. I usually order a salmon taco & a glass of chardonnay for $12.00! Many menu options from tacos, burritos & amazing salads. Fresh salsa & hot sauce. Located in a plaza with Ross & TJ Maxx so perfect for a nice lunch when shopping. Always a treat. Highly recommend!
