This use to be my favorite place for a quick snack in Idaho Falls. Over the years it has gone so far down hill. Beans so dry you feel like you should call the health department and toss your food in the trash. They charge you for ranch that only has a drop in the bottom of the cup. Your food orders are rarely correct. They have continued to raise prices and drop their quality. It’s just not worth the gamble anymore. Hopefully the owners start paying attention to recent reviews and make changes before this place chases all of its customers away.

Filthy!!! The chairs, tables and floors were covered with food and as sticky as a children’s movie matinee floor. I had to ask them for a wet towel to clean our own seats and table, the best we could find. They handed us the towel and let us clean them ourselves. No one came out to the lobby and cleaned anything the entire time. Not enough space to continue our review here…

I’ve been here many times. Was closed for quite awhile. Looks like they’re remodeling at the moment. I would have kept the lobby closed during this time. All the available tables were dirty, floors disgusting and sticky. They were out of fries and didn’t think it was worth mentioning to the few customers that were there. I won’t go there again!

Had lunch at skyline fiesta ole. The store has a great atmosphere. Great vibes. Ann Bowles has the best customer service. Friendly and hard working. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Food is regular fast food except the Bavarian cream empanada. Those things are always amazing. Service can be hit or miss, some days the line is long and they get you in and out. Other days no one is monitoring the drive thru and you have to drive up and knock on the window and you will be missing half the items you ordered.

I ordered through a delivery app, that service was great and fast, but I found a hair in my cheese quesadilla, it was also fried and every time I have ordered it, it never comes fried, and I did not want it fried. On top of all that I also got a Dr Pepper, but instead realized it was a Pepsi instead. Very upset.

I hope you can get your management positions filled and the management team can train the staff to, at the very least, say “have a good day” instead of handing you a bag of food, without saying anything and closing the window leaving you to wonder if you have everything you ordered. The burritos are half the size and double the price they used to be and the cheese tots are in a cardboard box that they won’t come out of. The wait was ridiculous for an empty restaurant and your staff is rude. Just left your Skyline location and the customer service sucks! So sad that this IF staple that used to be so good had gone all the way downhill. Have a great evening!

Delicious food at a decent price! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was their tables, leaned on it and just about lost my tray as the whole table started falling over. I’d definitely recommend the owners either replace the tables or bolt them to the ground. They took a few minutes longer than I’d expected, but my burrito and fries came out as fresh as could be so I won’t hold the wait against them.
