Plain Jane Mexican Food. Nothing overly impressive. Service wasn’t great. Waitress forgot to bring our tortillas that actually came with a dish, TWICE. She never checked in. Definitely dropped the ball as a waitress. Food tastes ok but nothing to bring you back. Florescent lighting and cheap decor in a strip mall restaurant.

Guys! Guys! Guys! Let me scream from the rooftops, this is the BEST Mexican restaurant! There are actually 3 in the area and we have been to all of them. The consistency of the amazingness is outstanding, truly! As a Latina that has lived on the best and most authentic Hispanic food from both sides of my family, it’s hard to love restaurants. For starters, I’m addicted with the happy hour well margaritas. I’m no connoisseur, but I’d like to think I know good and not so great tequila. Let me tell ya, the well margaritas are THE RAGE just as much as the others. Hubby and I have a thing for the Cadillac margs! Now, I’m no a fan of blended margs, but one of the bartenders suggested a mango and I loved every sip! Also, you can’t go wrong with the loaded michelada, trust me, they’re incredible. Note: Their happy hour at all three locations is EVERY DAY from 3-6!! What?! Okay so the staff of course are rad, I absolutely love that they treat you just like family. Super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu/ingredients and extra things on hand. The one in Sparks (recently) is pretty well staffed. Even in the down time, if the traffic picks up, you’re still served quick and your cup is always full. Okay, now… THE FOOOD!! Can’t go wrong, like, with anything! It’s all so good and I have a few favorites to share. The mole is juuust to die for, I may or may not love it more than my grandmas! Shhh, don’t tell her! The chili rellenos are incredible, enchiladas, rice and beans are always to perfection. My hubby and I love to come in with our appetites and share either the fajitas (chicken, carne asada and Shrimp) or if we are feeling extra, the molcajete bowl is unbelievable!! Tip: get the corn and flour tortillas. Yum! WARNING: I’m not responsible if you find yourselves here a couple of times a week, they’re THAT good! To the crew, keep up the amazing work here. To the custies, enjoy!

This place is just phenomenal. When it briefly had to close due to a fire, my thoughts would often wander to their relleno. My heart would long for their carnitas. My soul cried out for the shredded beef enchilada. Now that Fiesta has returned, I am whole again.

The Molcajete is really good. I also really like the fajitas and carnitas burrito wet with green sauce. Very reasonably priced cuisine that will hit the spot.

I have ordered the seven sea food soups twice from here and I have been disappointed by the number of seafood in the soup itself. The soup itself is tasty but the essence of the soup isn’t present. Today I ordered the same thing, just to give them the benefit of doubt; but it was worse. I got 4 little shrimps,3 oysters, tiny bits of fish and one medium shrimp with so much vegetables. I paid for seven sea food soup, not vegetables. Where are the scallops, crab legs, octopus? I expected to see seven different types of seafood in this soup. My husband and I ain’t definitely coming here anymore,I would advise that you guys scrap the seven seafood soup off your menu.

Did not make what we ordered. The nacho chips were over cooked and had a rubbery taste. Will not be recommending this place for people to try.

So glad they are opened again my family and myself missed the molcajete from this place. After so long we came back and wow I was mind blown again this chef at this location knows what he is doing such an amazing flavor, So authentic! If your in the area, and are craving some Mexican food, I promise you will not be disappointed. There molcajete is my to go all the time, but I can also recommend on my family’s to go menu items they also have other items if prefer on their menu, my family enjoys the mojara frita which is also really delicious. The camarónes a la diabla, ceviche tostadas, the agua chile, are also really good with a beer or if you want to get you a margarita too why not it 5’o clock somewhere . Enough of my bla bla bla. Go try them! I primos you won’t be disappointed. Not even with the margaritas. Enjoy!
