This rating is a long time coming. We have visited Fiesta many times – on date night and with the family. Always friendly service, clean restaurant, fast service. This is the bacon wrapped Mara y Tierra. Large enough for two (or three) people to share. So, so good!! If you are thinking Mexican food, you have to try Fiesta!!

My father has been going through 7 weeks of cancer treatments. He wanted to do something special for the amazing team that took care of him. We went in and set up a catered lunch for the team of 20. Paid for everything and confirmed the date and time. The manager was the one to take all the information. The day came and we waited for the food to be delivered. When they were 15 minutes late I called to find out what the problem was. The same manager that took the order, in person mind you, answered the phone. He checked and said it never got sent to the kitchen. I had 20 people waiting on their lunch that was not going arrive. Very unprofessional and my father was devastated, feeling as though he failed his care team. My father requested a full refund and we will no longer do business with this location. (We had them cater another lunch two weeks ago and it was wonderful. Order taken by someone else other than the manager) Just beware if using them for catering.

Highly recommend! The food was amazing and service was great. Make sure to bring some cash to tip the person who makes guacamole right at your table (we didn’t know about this cool and yummy service and didn’t have cash handy). I can’t wait to go back and try more drinks (they can make them virgin if you ask). I love that they have many vegetarian options. I’m sad I didn’t find this place sooner.

My experience at this Kennewick location was not a good one. This was the most horrible experience I HAVE EVER HAD at this restaurant, the waiter was not welcoming, the food especially the seafood shrimp platter called Camarones de Plancha was not grilled to perfection and the plates were not hot, and the leadership or management was not good they had no idea how to handle a situation, at this Kennewick location by Costco is not a good restaurant. I would not recommend this place at all. Do not eat here. The food was like it was microwaved.

Decided to try this place as an alternative to our usual one. Service was good, the salsa bar was great BUT the vegetarian enchiladas were only filled with cheese and onions – no options for veggies or beans. Margaritas were definitely huge but watered down.

I have been here for the very first time. The dish was good but not spectacular. I did not like the rice. Fish was fine. Give the restaurant a try. Maybe you will order something else and it will be very tasty. As for me, I am going to definitely come back. I am looking forward it!
