We only did take out, but what we took out was fantastic! We got the enchiladas and super burrito with a few complementary chips on the side. Being spoiled by amazing Mexican food from California, it’s hard to find good stuff around here but Fiesta Guadalajara did it! I hope to eat in next time and enjoy the lovely dining environment.

Honestly really disappointed with the service here. I have a severe gluten allergy. I asked our server what was gluten free and she made absolutely no effort to ask the kitchen nor did she have any knowledge regarding food ingredients. She said “you’ll probably be fine if you eat this” and left it at that. So while my whole group ate, I had to sit there and watch. So annoying when restaurant staff is lazy and uneducated.

The restaurant is clean but very empty sits in a weird corner in this area. What should be the front is the back? The help is friendly but not aggressive sellers. No opinion of the food they serve. Disappointing. Got the Fiesta platter Carne Asada, Grilled. Pollo, and shrimp especial which is good size shrimp wrapped in bacon. Which were very good but served with tartar sauce yuk! The rice kinda tasted stale the bean well I have had better the corn tortillas standard as well as the chips and salsa which was a bit hot for me. The meats tho did not disappoint. Well seasoned cooked ok and were tender this platter sells for $23.50. is generously portioned and could be shared.

Quite delicious. Well-marinated and seasoned, the carne asada plate’s beef has very enjoyable beef flavored. Would have loved to have had grilled green onions as an accompaniment as seen at other restaurants, but their absence by no means detract from the great flavor.
