From a Mexican/American point of view, this is honestly the best Mexican food I’ve had in Florida. I just retired, and I was stationed in Ft Bliss, and this food truck beats many restaurants by a long shot. I can only imagine how much more they will be able to do when they get their restaurant. I had the California Burrito, and was made just right, was not salty like other places, the burrito was a little toasty, sauce inside of it was delicious and salsa taste great as well. I also had the street con and it was delicious as well.

Had the most delicious veggie nachos today! I asked for no meat and no jalapeños and found that they had kindly substituted a delightful and flavorful medley of roasted, tomato, mushrooms, and onions. Service was spectacular and I can not wait to return! Thank you!!

Stopped by for the first time on Tuesday and the tacos were fresh and delicious. Got lunch again today, and it was just as good, if not better. Definitely my new lunch spot. Both of the men working are super friendly and genuinely appreciative.

It’s very hard to find authentic Mexican street tacos,let alone ,pastor done right, these guys make amazing food,super polite and respectful, whether you’ve never had this kind of food or skeptical of trying food trucks,these people at fiery kitchen taco will have something for everyone! This is the best Mexican experience via food truck you’ll get.. taco Tuesday is awesome. I get 3 or 4 fiery fiery tacos, beef, shrimp, avocado and diet sauce. This place is a must.

The customer service is above and beyond. Cesar is so personable. This is the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Texas by FAR. I regret not coming here sooner. The meat is cooked to perfection. The street corn is perfectly creamy and spicy. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Caesar was great! And I can tell he takes pride in his creations, as he should be! We had the Fiery y fiery taco, the Bangin taco, and the street corn. All were soooo delicious! Will definitely be back! So glad we found him!
