8.26.23 My 1st time here as I’m visiting from CT. And whoa, what an incredible sports oriented venue. The main TV is soooo huge and the overall atmosphere is that of a fun, cool, sports bar. We grabbed lunch here and thought the portions were good and the prices were just right. Overall we had a great experience.

Solid food, solid service. Love thier chicken fingers… Love thier ranch. . Also love thier broccoli with cashews. Come to think of it, I’ve always been pleased with what I’ve ordered. Other than football game day, it’s never been too crowded. TVs everywhere… Plenty of opportunity to watch whatever you’re interested in.

The atmosphere was great for game day but sadly the overall experience was not worth it. Beginning with the wait time for the food, granted we did have a large party we waited for a while before receiving any! When we asked the server, she said that they prefer to wait for the entire table’s order to be ready before they bring anything out. There is no way to keep 15-20 plates at a proper serving temperature all while serving an entire restaurant. With that being said my food was not served at a satisfying temperature but I chose not to complain. Secondly, one of the plates was served with a blonde hair in it. Almost every single server was walking around with their hair down. To top that off, they were serving plates from the arms with long hair dangling over each plate they brought out. The upside to our visit is that the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The server had good attitude but seemed lackadaisical as she took most of the party’s order then disappeared before getting the rest. The cap to my visit which is why I gave this restaurant 2 stars is that the server with the short, pink/red hair made a nasty comment about the kids in our party as we were leaving! Extremely disgusting and I would be quite embarrassed as owner/manager to have someone who talks down about customers (especially kids) TO OTHER CUSTOMERS! I understand that we are in a college town and the servers may be young but I feel that there should be a standard set for the quality of customer service and the way servers conduct themselves while on the clock.

Terrible service even when the bar is not busy. There were two bartenders working, supported by 3 managers and they mostly ignore patrons to have conversations… unclear why this place cannot provide better service but, I won’t give it another chance. It’s hit or miss depending on who is working.

Phenomenal place, Phenomenal food just wish they had mixed drinks with monster beast, lipton hard, hard dew and sonic seltzers. Those malt beverages make for summertime fun. I will be back though. Absolutely the best environment!!!

The food was good, the service was good, the location was great. The atmosphere was probably not for everyone. Seemed a bit like “Privelidged” type croud”clickie,” or at least that was the vibe there that day. That said, it was a good experience, and It’s definitely a Vols fan’s spot.
