There are a lot of pizza places in Batavia. Some great and some mediocre. What makes Ficarella’s my go to pizza place in town is how consistent they are. Their pickle pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza are definitely the stars of the show in my book. I can always count on my food being fresh and made how I expect it to be made. It’s made in a timely manner. Service in the store has been consistent, fast, professional, and positive in my many experiences with them. You also can’t beat the drive thru – pizza and wings in the drive thru is just genius. The wings are good, I order them well done to ensure they are crispy and very flavorful and never disappointing. The wings could be hotter but that’s WNY for you. The gluten free pizza is quite good (for being gluten free haha) they let you get specialty pizzas on a gluten free crust without charging outrageous amounts for each individual topping, I don’t know any other place that does that in WNY. My kids and husband like the regular pizza, they report that fic’s is never stingy on the cheese like many places. Over all I think this place is worth not just a visit but many return visits. A true staple! On the occasions we have gotten delivery it has been fast with very friendly drivers.

I do love their pizza,chicken wings. We always order from here and we order the sheet pizza most of the time.! However some of their employees need to be a little bit more pleasant on the phone. Like come on I’m ordering listen to what I’m saying,speak up! Happened more then twice. It’s not just about food, it should be the whole atmosphere. Just saying we pay your bills, by buying Mr. Ficarellas pizza. At least do him right!

I ordered double order of wings well done with medium sauce and extra sauce on the side, I got wings with no sauce on them and 2 tiny cups of sauce on the side… also ordered loaded fries the cheese was so over cooked you couldn’t see or taste it…idk what happened they use to be the best for wings and loaded fries

I love me some fic! I order at least two times a week. The fish fry is the best! I knew I can be picky when it comes to my wings but they always comes through. The staff is the best and so friendly.

Most AMAZING true Italian pizza to offer ! Must try the Utica pie , I add a couple toppings but always cooked to perfection! Their chicken fingers, wings, subs, fried dough, pasta dinners are equally as great too. A must stop if your here visiting!

We tried their pizza for the first time today. The delivery person was very nice, and the order was delivered on time. Prices are fair and even better than some of their competition. Unfortunately, the crust was really chewy and tough. We’re originally from Buffalo, and we’re used to that flour dusted, lightly charred, thin and foldable crust with airy, puffy crust edges. This was more the consistency of bread. The sauce was very good, and there was a decent amount of cheese, but skimpy on the mushrooms.

Fics is the place to go for pizza and wings in Batavia! Between the wonderful and kind staff to the delicious and amazing food, it’s definitely the best choice. I had their fish fry about 2 weeks ago and it was delicious!! The tartar sauce looked house made and the coleslaw was actually really good! So don’t just have to get pizza and wings, they offer salads, subs, different fried items and their fried dough is spectacular! Just like you’re at the fair. I will always recommend fics to anyone wanting to grab some food or get delivery!

Reminisce the way pizza is supposed to taste. Portion sizes for land locked giants and hungry patrons. Staff were very friendly and even referred other restaurants in the area for other cuisine options. I was immediately taken back to memory lane for northeast pizzerias that bring you in from the cold and warm you up with cheesy and freshly baked crust. Pepperonis were real and sausage was super flavorful. I will visit again and bring the wife as she loves Italian cuisine
