Fia was amazing. The composition of this Mediterranean menu was exceptionally good. Very creative fusion of Indian, Persian, Italian and other Mediterranean ingredients and flavors. Everything beautifully platted in beautiful dishes. Every single dish tasted great and out of this world. We were a group of 10 ppl and everyone loved their meals. The octopus, prawn curry and potato gnocchi were my favorites. The service was great and the executive chef greeted us at our table. We will definitely go back again! They made my birthday a wonderful experience. Thank you to the Fia and Burgess team.

Came for Sunday dinner. The food is great, the staff is great, the ambiance is intimate. They lose a star for kitchen delays. The main entrée took 40 mins to plate after the appetizer was delivered. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a quick meal. Come here to catch up with long conversation. Drinks are average, on par with any major hotel. The appetizers here set this place apart from the rest.

Returned to the fabulous Fia restaurant and were excited to try the new dishes on their menu. The new appetizer of grilled asparagus with poached egg and speck was just outstanding! The flavors and textures of crisp asparagus, creamy egg and salty ham make the dish beyond delicious. Tried the new pork chop entree and it was amazing as well, with succulent pork served with a delicate glaze and tangy apple slaw. Topped it off with their new passion-fruit sorbet ringed with poached peaches. Perfection! We love this spectacular restaurant!!

So delicious .. the lounge decorated very well.. all photos were taken by the chef’s father in law in India.. Passion fruit sorbet with roasted peach and plum is very unique and top notch .. grilled octopus is tender.. but not impressed!

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the need for this amazing place. It was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. EVERYTHING we ordered was unbelievable. Meatball, gnocchi and ciabatta appetizers, short ribs and branzino entree, Lemon drop martini…. The perfect meal. I can’t wait to go back again!!! Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Had a fabulous night at FIA! Food was fabulous! Probably the best gnocchi I’ve ever had and I live in Italy 4 months out of the year. Wonderful wood fired Branzino~outstanding. Cool vibe-inviting staff and lovely owners. Good price for the quality. Another major plus is the Faroe Island Salmon and Springer Chicken on the menu. Well sourced foods. Could add better selection of wines but I enjoyed my French Chardonnay. Music was fair and not matching such a unique restaurant experience, but I’ll be back very soon. Everyone enjoyed it!!
