Omg these are the most authentic Guilin rice noodles ever! Even better then Guilin noodles in Guilin! Toppings are so tasty and so bountiful. The beef brisket was so soft. The five layered pork was crispy and chewy. The broth was rich with spice and flavour. I’ll be back!

Really great place with the nicest staff! I wasn’t familiar with Guilin cuisine at all prior and the owner has been so nice explaining everything. I go with the dry noodle mix with marinated beef & crispy pork. SO good. If you like it spicy, be sure to ask for their homemade spice mix rather than a typical hot oil – amazing flavor and spice level.
