Went to Felina on a sunny summer afternoon for drinks and dinner with friends. The rooftop bar area is stunning (and the only one in Ridgewood)! Drinks and food were absolutely delicious and generous portion sizes. The restaurant building used to be a bank so the interior has a lot of charm and is very spacious. Will definitely be coming back for date nights and taking any visiting guests in the future.

Great brunch spot! My friend and I shared the pizza and it was delicious! Very crunchy and the hot honey was really good. I also had the tiramisu which I liked. There’s also a rooftop and a banquet hall that are beautifully decorated

Great place to have your wedding or attend as a guest. Staff was excellent. Food and drinks were great. The ceiling design really makes a statement and the bank vault makes a unique ambiance.

The food was outstanding and the service was spot on! The live music on Friday night was also a really nice touch!

Place is very nice. Service needs more practice. Food and cocktails are amazing . Caprese salad was fresh. Lasagna is so thin and delicious. I’m not a fish eater, but branzino in broth cooked to perfection. Desserts were good and delightful. Compliments to the chef Massimo sola.

This low review is strictly because of the service at the rooftop bar. We went on a Saturday around opening. So not many people there to start, less than a dozen and three bartenders. The bartender helps the first couple, skips over myself and my girlfriend, and helps another couple that sat down 5 minutes after us. The first couple then has friends arrive after waiting about 10 minutes for their cocktail and glass of wine, and she proceeds to help the two new guests and once again ignore me and my girlfriend that were sitting right next to them. We had dinner reservations at 530, we got up there at 505. A little after 520, our bartender asks another bartender to come and help us because it’s taking her forever to make the two other drinks for the first people there and their friends. The bartenders acted like we were completely nonexistent, and took a ridiculous amount of time to make the cocktails. My girlfriend is someone whos worked in the service industry for many years, and it was painful to watch and completely unprofessional to wait nearly 20 minutes for service when there was so few people at the bar.

I had read many articles about Felina and they were not wrong. They were short staffed as many restaurants are now, due to covid. I wanted to try their highest rated appetizer, the grilled octopus, chef was not offering it, even though it was on the menu. I then ordered the yellow tale sashimi. I asked for the Gnocchi Bolognese, same thing…I asked the wait staff to recommend a dish. He recommended the Eggplant Lasagna. I was happy with both choices, they were quite tasty. My husband ordered the Avocado Caprese, no taste at all, he ordered the Pork Chop didn’t have either, so he ordered Cacio e pepe, nothing to write home about. Dessert was not enticing at all. We just ordered a Cafe Latte and an espresso. We had reservations for 7:00 pm and they didn’t have these dishes? By the way, the noise level is higher than 90 Decibels, my Apple Watch kept reminding me about it. If you don’t mind screaming the whole time to communicate with your date, this is the place for you.

Stopped in for a dessert and a cocktail with no reservation and there was a private event going on but they were able to accommodate us right away. Service was super attentive and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Espresso martini and tiramisu were delicious.

I ate at Felina yesterday with my girlfriend and another couple. It was our first time dining at Felina. Although we did not get to hang out on the rooftop due to the stormy weather, we ate inside. We sat in the vault area which had a really cool atmosphere. All of the lock boxes and vault doors are still intact. Our server’s name was Jason. Not only did Jason do an excellent job as our server because of the constant attention he gave to his tables, but he also had great recommendations for food choices and portions since we all shared every plate. Frank the manager also came around to every table to make sure everything was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back to Felina and we will be requesting Jason.
