Hubby and I found this place last week when he took me to the nail salon next door. Smelled amazing so hubby popped in to look at the menu and was greeted warmly and then we came to read the reviews. Many of the reviews mentioned poor service and people being yelled at but that the pizza was amazing. Well all we cared about was that the food was amazing so we came back today anyway to see for ourselves. We were greeted with not only warm friendly smiles, but also jokes and laughter. A great experience from start to end. We got a large brisket pizza and a large Felicia special. Both are flavorful and delicious and our kids also are enjoying them. We are eating them as I type this. We will definitely be back. Glad to find a new place to get great pizza!

Was excited to try Felicias as my son spoke very highly of their pizza. Placed order online for pickup. Went to pick up and and had an extremely unpleasant experience. Said I was here to pickup my order. Tony started yelling at me that he can’t possibly know what I ordered and asked for my name. Told him my name and he yelled that there were no orders for that name. Started to approach him to show him the order email and he yelled at me to get back. Then he looked at another area and found my order. Was a large order over $100 and the only other orders were small. No change in his attitude, he yelled “sorry” at me, he didn’t mean it. First and likely the last time I will patronize this business. The guy is unhinged.

Spent $60 on delivery from Felicia’s and it was almost inedible. Mozzarella sticks were not cooked at all. Pizza was over cooked to the point it was inedible.

We are usually fans of Felicia pizza. We received a burned pizza tonight and called to see if we could have a replacement. I was greeted angrily and was berated for not understanding what wood oven pizza is. Yelled at and couldn’t even get a word in. Pretty disappointing.

My family is friends with the owner Tony and his pizza was the first pizza that Ive ever had (was allergic to dairy for a long time). They got grandfathered in to the law that banned open fire ovens, so you can still get authentic brick-fire oven pizza here, and it’s amazing. Occasionally the crust is a little charred, but that give it a lil character and smoky taste. I’ll be coming here until the place closes, so hopefully it won’t ever close

Best pizza in the area with a unique crispy and delicious crust. We tried the clam pizza and the bacon and goat cheese and both were savory and amazing! Will definitely be going back again soon.

People that call this man rude just needs to grow thicker skin honestly. The pizza is much much worth it and the prices are super reasonable. There’s a wait because he puts time into each pizza so either have patience or order beforehand.

Got ice cream a week ago in the front of the building and was curious where the smoked smell came from and found out there is this pizza shop in the back. Stopped in to check it a week later since the google maps pictures looked really good. Unfortunately after walking in during open hours was met with incredible rudness and told to get out without having said anything. Interaction continued to get more unpleasant. Wasn’t sure if it was odd humor or an overblown ego on the guy in the front. Within moments a dad and his two young kids came in and the guy proceeded to be rude to the father and condescending to the family. I walked right out and wanted to leave a bad review, which I normally would not. Writing it now, I see other reviews mentioning exactly what I experienced about rudness. Whoever the individual that works there, skinny guy in the pics, should be avoided. No pizza is worth someone being this rude and indecent.

You’ll be hard pressed to find better pizza in the area – truly incredible crust and awesome selection of toppings. Our standard order is the Felicia’s Special and the eggplant calzone. The owner is a character, and always adds a bit of additional “flavor” to our occasional pizza outing. (Also, it’s all baked in a wood fired oven so it always smells like a fireplace nearby!)
