I eat here whenever i get the chance. Location is always clean and I’m hooked on the mushroom Alfredo bake. Unlimited bread sticks ( just ask for more). Staff is always friendly and food quality is astounding. For those who reviewed this place poorly you need to take it for what it is. It’s not authentic Italian. It’s not McDonald’s. It’s just a fine point in between. I love it here and recommend it. Plus they handle the cleanup when you’re done.

Disappointing experience. I took my two kids on a Tuesday night because the website advertised 99 cent kids meals and activities, but I was charged full price for both even with the purchase of two adult entrees and there were no activities for the kids. The kids enjoyed their food, but when I looked at the menu later, I realized that the pizza kids meal actually cost more (3.59) than had I ordered the exact same thing (pizza and a drink) as a combo with the two adult meals (2.99), plus the drinks would have been bigger had I ordered the combo. The place was clean and service was fast. My daughter told them how fast they were when they brought us our food, and the person who brought it said it was because all of the food was pre-made and kept under a warmer. Uh- what? Breadsticks were tasty, but my pasta had way too much sauce and was drowning in olive oil. The sauce wasn’t combined very well- the pesto was separated from the cream sauce and it looked like a cup of olive oil had just been dumped on top. I have been burping up basil since I got home.

My wife and I enjoy going here on dates, the food quality is what I expect, we love them for their bread sticks which sometimes are a bit overdone.

Horrible Customer Service. Not catering friendly at all. As most would do we called around to multiple locations looking for the best deal, even calling the Draper location (since they were logistically closer to the event). West Jordan found out about us asking around and when we went in to give them our business they said they found out about us calling around and wouldn’t do the catering for us. Sorry we bruised your ego but you messed up our test run order anyways and are thankfully giving our cash to someone else more suitable.

Fazoli’s is what it is, pasta and sauce bought from Walmart cooked in a microwave. There is not one thing in this place that tastes like real Italian. Nothing fresh, nothing cooked or created. If you like this food, save yourself a couple of bucks and make your own. Add some fresh basil and it will blow your mind.
