Manager working drive thru always on top of everything! Food was great like normal. Drive thru just looks terrible from a customer perspective so changes outlook on restaurant for newer customers that have seen it already.

I just made my first trip to facility’s in over two years and it will be my last trip for another two years. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and 5 wings. I asked for them extra crispy and they said no problem. I waited at the drive-thru window for about 15 minutes before getting my food. I was totally fine with this given it would take extra time to make my wings crispy. Upon returning home, I realized not only were my wings not crispy, but they were soggy, pale and drowning in sauce. Not cool!

The food was delicious as always but eating in my car without napkins or any silverware was a very bad experience. I made it too far away to turn back and just had to make do. Hope they don’t do this to everyone

Ordered the pick 2, spaghetti with marinara, & fettuccine with alfredo, & an order of mozzarella bites. The mozzarella bites were the best I’ve ever had from anywhere! Highly recommend. Something in the drive thru was not working correctly, I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for over 5 minutes. I wanted to eat inside, but as I was parking saw a couple attempt to go in, but the door was locked. I called the restaurant, when someone answered I asked if they were closed because I was in the drive thru waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. He got on the speaker & took my order after that.
