Jennifer went above & beyond with service for me. I got the Fettuccine Alfredo with gluten free noodles substituted, and added roasted tomatoes. She noted that I got the gluten free noodles & asked if I wanted the bread sticks bagged separate, which was incredibly considerate!!! I opted out of the bread sticks completely & was glad I didn’t have to waste them.

Hated Soul
Pizza was cooked the way I liked it and the wings were smothered/tossed in buffalo and garlic parmesan. The employee at the register was really sweet, love his smile! Prices for everything including drinks were $35

My husband and I both agreed….Jennifer has to be the absolute friendliest service industry employee we’ve ordered from in ages! She was an absolute delight, even though the restaurant was closing for the evening she went out her way to take our order with a smile and a Happy Easter. This was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered carryout at the register. I waited 17 minutes for my food. Several orders placed after mine were done and taken out before I got mine. The noodles in the baked lasagne were crunchy in spots and the sauce in the lasagne and with the fried mozzerella tasted old. The breadsticks were hard and the sandwich looked like it was tossed in the container and had to be reassembled. I am a former employee and know the food quality and appearance standards.

Great place!!!! The manager phedra is the absolute greatest. Actually cares abt her employees and the customers. I don’t think I’ve been in there and not seen her there hard at work. The bread sticks are fabulous

We went through the drive through on our way out of MO since we love the breadsticks and we don’t have a fazolis where we live (i know, so sad). The drive through attendant (Jennifer) was very nice and very helpful.

Treating your customers by looking at them their like their too poor to eat at their restaurant. Treating your customers like counterfeiters because you spend a 100 dollar bill, sickening. All the fazoli’s I have eaten at breadsticks were free! They were not here! We also was not thanked for being customer.
