Went a few months ago and swore it off. There was crying and fighting in the kitchen, we waited an hour for our food, and we were treated terribly by the staff, including being yelled at by the kitchen when we got up and asked if by chance they had forgotten about us. Today, for whatever reason, I wanted to go again. My husband thought I was crazy. I got wings and a sandwich. The food was alright, but my four Star review comes from just the transformation this place has seemed to go through in the past few months. Marge, the bread lady talked us up and we had so much fun just joking around with her. The food came out fast and hot. Our order was taken and made me feel like I was person and not a burden. It was clean and quiet, no hysterics. Then again, it might be the difference between morning and night shift, but still an enjoyable lunch with my hubby as we spent the day on the mountain

We had a wonderful dinner because of the service we received. They were short staffed however the service was right on spot. Xena made sure that we were well taken care of with breadsticks. She brought our food extremely quick. She was extremely joyful and a delight for the whole restaurant. The manager Tracy was also very joyful in spite of working a 12-hour shift. The food was amazing and we felt catered to. We will definitely come back. Thanks for a great evening.

I don’t feel bad about this one-star review. I wish I could tell you how the food was, but we stood at the counter for 20 minutes and watched the staff finish other orders. So we never got anything, other than the breadstick lady telling us that “no one wants to work anymore. ” never going back to this place, ever.

Normally we love Fazoli’s, and I don’t like to rate establishments based on their staffing, but this location seems to be struggling. The food took forever. People who got there after us were served and given breadsticks before us. The place seems to be entirely run by 15-year-olds. It’s not their fault. maybe Fazoli’s should think about paying a living wage in order to attract better employees.

I’ll never go here again. Service was so so. Food was awful! Chicken wings were not cooked through, cold in the center. Baked chicken fettuccine was thrown in the plastic bowl haphazardly, much of it out of the bowl. Mostly inedible. I can’t even say the lemonade from the self serve fountain was good. Watered down and it tasted like it was sitting for weeks! Ugg! So disappointing! I left all the food after a few bites! Yuck!!! Restaurant also smelled bad and was dirty. It was my own fault for ordering there after walking through the door!

We waited for almost 10 mins to order before we walked out. The bread stick lady explained to us that “no one wants to work any more” and that they’re “short staffed” and we’re lucky that they’re even open to sit down. I would have rather waited the 10 mins outside for food to arrive thru the drive thru than be ignored standing on the inside.

Recieved my online order 20 minutes after the “Promise Time”. When I first showed up, 10 mins after the pick up time, the person behind the counter told me that they don’t like to ask the kitchen how long the food will take. Also, somehow the breadsticks that they make for free for inside diners was the last thing to be completed for my order. Not impressed with the service.
