Stephanie was great. She was helpful and brought my food to my table. The place was clean with an upbeat vibe. The food was yummy and hot. The bread sticks are the BEST!!! Plus they are all you want while on the restaurant. And best of all I got a lot of food but did not spend a ton.

Everything we ordered tasted great! The pizza was very good, which kind of surprised me, since it came out so quickly! The mozzarella bites and toasted ravioli were great little bites! When we were there, they kind of seemed short staffed and they were out of a lot of stuff, like silverware and lids for the cups.

Worst service ever this morning. Stood at the register for 4-5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order while watching the only visible employee playing on his phone ignoring me. When he finally noticed me and took my order, he tried to charge me over $10 for my meal which was a $6.99 special plus $1.00 to add meatballs. I asked to speak to the manager and he chuckled and went and got him. Manager was apologetic but was also clueless. I walked out without ordering. Come on Fazoli’s, start paying and training your people better so you can get quality employees.

Watch this place when you’re in the area. There is never a line at the drive thru or cars in the parking lot for a reason. Absolute garbage. I only ordered 12 bread sticks and they were the worst I’ve ever had. Excusable if they had handed them out right away, however after a few minutes of waiting I received them and promptly drive home (about a seven minute drive). All were rock hard at each end and barely room temperature. When I called to express my displeasure the manager hung up on me. Wish I could have given negative stars. I will never be returning and if you value your time, money, and senses you would do well to avoid this location.

Worst experience we’ve had in a long time. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring out one item of our order and the meatballs were cold. We waited another 30 minutes for burnt pizza and dry spaghetti. I spent $50 and my kids did not get to eat the food was so disgusting. The lady who brought us our food said she had to jump in the kitchen because they had no idea what they were doing. The employees were on there phones and standing around.

Never really tried itialian fast food before. Ordered and was extremely disappointed. There’s a lot wrong so I’ll try to get it all here. First, there was all sorts of plastic in the food (see photo). Second, they got the two dishes I ordered completely wrong. Third, the bread sticks were all totally smashed and soggy. Do not recommend and I will stick with sit down places and less plastics.

Don’t get me wrong, we ordered right away when we got there. Which was nice. But the lady working the front was not very friendly, and they ask you for a tip before you even TRY your food. Like no. We go to go sit down on one of their benches inside, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM had NOT been cleaned. I had to clean my own seat it was completely covered in something white and the table was dirty too. Their Italian ices things are so sour, and their food isn’t the greatest it’s kind of sickening. i got fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The chicken is like a frozen meal chicken. It’s chewy and gummy. I recommend adding parmesan or just not going in the first place. They also didn’t check if our food was good like most places, and they didn’t take our dishes off the table like they were supposed to. The owner is very nice though, he greeted us when we first walked in, and when we walked out too. Overall, I’d give them a C- if i was a critic. It’s not clean what so ever. AND ITS SO EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON, THEIR FOOD ISNT WORTH IT. My mom and i ordered Alfredo, Ziti, a small cup of water and itation ice. For $25. At that right I’ll just go to Chili’s. Some of her pasta was crunchy and too saucy.

Stopped here today for a late lunch. First Fazolis meal I’ve had in years. Trent was great. He was helpful and courteous. Perhaps it was because I was there after the lunch rush (2:00 pm) but the food (Italian sampler) wasn’t nearly as good as I remember. Thus the 4 stars.

Nasty Mac and cheese they only had like 4 drinks available kid walking around with ear buds in his ears talking on the phone laying across the seats in front of the manager she couldn’t care less what he was doing they say unlimited breadstick if dine in but only got one plate we will never come back to this place. The bathrooms were disgusting toilet paper all over the floor this place has went down hill n probably won’t be open very much longer. Customer service sucks here.
