We were there at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. They weren’t busy for dine-in. One guy was up front doing everything. He was hard to understand. But he was working and trying. Ordered a regular $9.99 and a small $7.99 Fettuccine Alfredo. One was in a larger bowl. They both only had “3” small Bite size pieces of chicken. The small portion noodles and fettuccine were cold. About cold!! (We assume the small one was made first, then the other one.) Also, got the Supreme Pizza Bake pasta. It started out good but the more he ate, the worse it tasted. When we got our order, he said the bread was in oven. I took the cold pasta up to counter and asked for it to be heated in the microwave. Someone from the back came out (maybe a manager??) I asked if that was the correct portion of chicken? He said 3 to 5 pieces, and the amount did look short. He made a fresh one. Still no bread. Went back to the table. After about 3 more minutes, he came with some bread. The table next to us was also begging for bread and parmensean cheese. I would not recommend going here. Spend a little more and go to Olive Garden.

Absolutely delicious! Love the fried mozzarella bites!! Ask for extra sauce for the spaghetti. You can’t beat the lunch special. My service was excellent. Only negative was there was one team member guiding guest in the tip amount options in an authoritative manner. That’s a bit uncomfortable. But my server and the food was OUTSTANDING!

Very confusing trying to order a specialty bake, too much noise near the counter. Food was tasty as usual, great bread sticks. Service wasn’t bad but could’ve been smoother if the choices for sides were made clear.

I love this location as the food quality is consistently great. We last visited during a shift change and the drive-through and counter were atypically backed up, usually it’s very fast. Strongly recommend online ordering via web or Fazoli’s app. Hardworking crew.

In the drive-thru we ordered a chicken penne meal with a large drink, a chicken carbona entree, and 12 breadsticks with marinara sauce.. $38, wow! Food was good and hot. Plenty of napkins in the bag plus extra cutlery. But for that price we could have went to Olive Garden.
