I believe the drive thru lady’s name was Candace? She had a rainbow wristband and colored hair. She was so chipper and polite. Very friendly. I really enjoyed her energy and how she made me feel like she wanted me there by being super involved and attentive!

Demetrius is amazing! Such a kind gentlemen. He had asked us as well as another group where they would be sitting that way he could prepare to pull the chairs out for the women. Demetrius goes above and beyond his job expectations and his kindness is recognized. Great addition to the Vincennes team!

The girl taking our order was rude as usual. She acts like she doesn’t want to be there. We never got any bread sticks. The food was hot at least. The dining room needed cleaned but the employees were too busy on their phones

Dropped the ball AGAIN. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and two extra breadsticks plus a drink through door dash and all i got was my salad. This is not the first time they have messed up my order ☠️☠️

Went threw drive threw got the usual for family got home 50 dollars later to only get to eat dry noodles with barley any sauce and missing items. Place has really gone downhill

hearing employees scream “You know what!?” to each other really gets my appetite going. manager is very open to the fact that their tea sucks, love the honesty. manager also does a good job of sitting in the lobby while the drive thru is packed. i’m glad she takes time to monitor the 3 other people in here so the workers in the back don’t have to.

Heavenly and Brenton did a wonderful job serving our party! Despite a very busy dining room and a manger who was very belittling to them ( in front of a line of customers), both servers handled themselves very well. I was very impressed with both employees!
