Great customer service by Nikki. Menu items that we had selected were overall good for the value but not top notch quality. Although our order was fresh and hot, our dishes were very greasy. The pizza was over covered in oil in order to keep the slices from drying out while under the warmer as our other two entrees were being prepared.

This was by far the nastiest dining room I have ever dined in. The workers were rude. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like pasta with warm milk over it. When I asked for more breadsticks for my family I was told not right now. Horrible experience.

Fairy fast service. I ordered the chicken salad, which was made from iceberg lettuce. I found that to be very disappointing as iceberg Lettuce has no nutritional value. I ate the chicken off the salad and left the rest. I was disappointed as the price was not cheap.

THIS IS NOT THE FAZOLIS TO EAT AT OR WORK AT!!!! The management specifically does NOT care about either the customers or workers. They are ruthless, lying, power abusing bullies. There’s a long, LONG list of the wrong erratic behavior, proof of this, numerous past employees and customers, but even outside of the inner workings… they don’t care about the business, the food, anything. They will HAPPILY serve you wilted Lettuce with rotten tomatoes or “pick” the mold off of breadsticks and then prepare them for you, they don’t store anything properly, nothing is handled properly. This place is a nightmare to customers and workers. CLOSE THIS LOCATION ALREADY!

Gave them 5 stars because well… it’s Fazolis. Like Taco Bell is to Mexican, Fazolis is to Italian. Plus the bread sticks are superb personally it tastes pretty much like the fancy pay for the atmosphere Italian restaurants if not better Plus… way cheaper. It just doesn’t look a pretty lol. Whatever you want, who cares… just eat Fazolis and enjoy
