Somebody in the work staff was overly aggressive when asking for my ID when i was picking up my online order to have some of my order missing. I called to say how I was missing my cheesecake 20 mins later but wasn’t really helped and was told to come back tomorrow, which wasn’t possible. I was visiting Indianapolis, so I didn’t have time to go back the next day. The food i received was good, but service could’ve been better.

Excellent service! Brought in a large group of hungry guys. The shift mgr (I assume) took our orders, delivered the food to the table, check in with us multiple times to see if needed anything, and took our dirty dishes.

Fazoli’s donated breadsticks to our community swim team. The staff from the original call to pick up were helpful and respectful. And, of course, the breadsticks were yummy! The kiddos ate them up!

We arrived close to closing time and they were out of meatballs. We ordered lasagna instead and Mitchell was very nice and polite. They had to make fresh lasagna and apologized for the wait and offer us something to drink while we waited. Is nice customer service and the way they attend to us that made me forget low long we had to wait. Thank you Mitchell.
